I need to cancel my service, which I thought I cancelled on Oct. **-** when I set up a *transfer of services* online through the Cox communications website. **It turned out that they didn't service the new area we had moved to, but I assumed that my "Cancel my old services on this date" response would still be held to account, and therefore I did not make a separate effort to cancel. **Now I am being billed for the last month of services, and that bill may go to collections if I cannot get it remanded in time.
GetHuman-noemieka did not yet indicate what Cox Communications should do to make this right.
