Hi I'm a Lyft customer and today I was getting text messages from left said that my ride will be here and I did not order a ride no one have access to my account in my home because I'm the only one here so someone got a hold to my account in order I received a text from a Lyft driver stating that there was outside and I explained to him that I did not order a lift but my car have a hold on it for $** it's a change I want my money back because I did not use this a lift this morning and my card has a temporary hold on it's like $** and some change I want my money back I did not use your services this morning so I shouldn't have to pay that thank you
