My power usage jumped from *** Nov **** to well over **** from Nov **** through April ****. I live alone in a *** sq foot house, maintain a ***** temperature during the day and ** at night. I don't have high energy usage appliances, in fact my appliances are energy efficient, new and small. I need an explanation as to why my usage would jump so significantly when my life style and electric usage had no changes. I feel that my meter was not read or misread during the time noted and I want it investigated. A $** monthly increase on a fixed income is more than significant and I do not believe merited. Your assistance and explanation of what process I can expect to resolve this issue will be appreciated.
