I canceled my service in January of ****, and was sure to pay my last bill. I just received a letter from a debt collection company named ERC indicating I have an alleged outstanding bill with Comcast for $***.**. *This seems strange, and suspect, as I cancelled my service, paid the last of my bill and moved. All equipment was returned. What is going on here?
