Visit the Wayfair homepage to start the process of tracking your order.
On the Wayfair homepage, find the little circle in the upper right corner that looks like it has the upper half of a human inside of it.
Click on the circle to expand the menu.
View the menu and locate the section that says “Help & Contact.” Click on this line.
After clicking on the link, you'll be taken to another page that says “Help and Contact” at the top of it. Look for the section that says “Manage Your Orders.”
Once you find the “Manage Your Orders” section, look for the box underneath it that says “Order Tracking.” It will say, “Stay updated on delivery day details” below it. Click on this box.
After clicking on the box, you'll be directed to another page that says “Enter your email address to sign in or to create an account” at the top of it. Fill in your email address and click continue.
Once you sign in, you’ll be able to track your order directly from your account. If you cannot do so, such as if you can't get into your Wayfair account, move on to the next step.
