sent wrong size and am still being charged for return/restock fee

Front and back photos are clearly of different items

How do I get a return slip for three items I want to send back? Or do I just put them back in a box and ship them without a label?

To return items to ThredUP, you must first initiate the return request through your account. Go to 'Purchases,' select 'Return item,' and follow the prompts. A return label will be provided for you at the end of this process. Print this label and attach it to your return package. Kindly make sure the items are in the same condition they arrived in. Returns without a label unfortunately cannot be processed or refunded. Please note that ThredUP doesn't accept returns on items marked as 'Final Sale.'
