During my visit to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Wellington, Ohio on January 19th, I arrived at 2:45, checked in, and waited for about twenty minutes until I was next in line. However, instead of assisting me with my license renewal, the clerk called up a gentleman who arrived fifteen minutes after me, even though he was aware of my presence before him. Despite my vocal attempts to get the clerks' attention, I was initially ignored. Eventually, they acknowledged me but refused to correct the error, insisting that his needs would only take a few minutes. Unfortunately, he took longer, and my issue was not addressed in the appropriate order. This experience was unacceptable, and I am requesting a written apology from the clerk and reassurance that such disregard and inconvenience will not happen to others in the future.

I visited the BMV at [redacted] S. High St. twice to get an ID and was asked to leave both times by the same staff member. As a homeless individual trying to secure my ID to apply for jobs and improve my situation, I was denied for not having the correct paperwork, although another employee mentioned it was sufficient. On the second visit, I was turned away for having a service animal even though I possessed the necessary documentation, which was not accepted. I hope to see some resolution to this issue as the staff member is uncooperative and refuses to disclose his name.
