Hello eBay Support, I am reaching out for assistance in releasing my funds. The item has been successfully delivered to my buyer using the eBay shipping label to expedite the process. I paid extra for quick delivery through UPS. Here are the tracking details: - eBay shipping label before transfer to UPS: [redacted][redacted]73 - UPS tracking number after transfer: 1Z45499E[redacted] Despite inputting both tracking numbers, the system is not recognizing the delivery. I have a UPS signature document from the delivery that includes the address and the buyer's signature. I can provide this document to verify the delivery. I need eBay's support to manually release my funds promptly. I have made every effort to ensure swift delivery to my buyer, but my funds are still on hold. My selling privileges on eBay were restricted due to a perceived connection between my account and my girlfriend's. Here's what happened: Over time, my girlfriend created multiple accounts on eBay for various reasons like new email addresses and forgotten passwords. A few months ago, she attempted to sell some clothes on one of her accounts but forgot about the listings, leading to unshipped items when they were later bought. eBay then banned her account and linked it to all other accounts associated with our home address or IP address, including mine. The reason given was that eBay's system flagged her multiple accounts and the two unsent orders as a violation, assuming it was an attempt to break their rules, which was not the case. I reached out to eBay customer service to explain the situation. Initially, I encountered unhelpful and dismissive representatives, but eventually, someone grasped the issue and submitted an appeal. I was informed that the appeal process would take 3-5 business days, but it has been weeks with no change. After contacting eBay again, I was advised that the appeal could actually take up to 30 days. Feeling uncertain about eBay resolving this matter, I have started exploring other options to resolve the situation.

Initially, I clearly requested that they not send the wall boards until I confirmed they were correct. However, they disregarded my request and sent the wrong pattern and color of wall boards. I asked for them to retrieve them, as it was their error. I have provided them with a sample of the correct wall cladding. I have paid £[redacted].00 but have received nothing satisfactory. I just wanted to make you aware of this situation as I seek to either obtain the correct panels or receive a refund.

I made a purchase and paid for an item, but the seller canceled it while it was in transit and blocked me from contacting them. I had inquired about the delayed shipment after 2 days, which may have upset them. Now, I'm trying to get my refund of $[redacted].11, but the seller has not released the funds. I purchased Gucci Princetown shoes that were supposed to be delivered by June 16th, but I have not received them yet. I promptly contacted both eBay and the seller regarding this issue. eBay informed me to wait until June 30th. After reaching out to both eBay and the seller again, I received a message from eBay stating they denied my refund because the seller claimed I received the item. When I provided eBay with information from the seller denying this, they still refused my refund. I am uncertain about the communication between eBay and the seller. I won't lose my $[redacted] and will consider escalating the matter further if needed. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation with a seller, and I am giving eBay a few more hours to review my case and come to a fair resolution.

I am still unable to log in to my account. I spoke with an eBay representative who entered my phone number incorrectly. The correct number for receiving the SMS code to log in is +[redacted][redacted]. I have been having this issue for several days and it's becoming frustrating. On June 20th, I made a purchase for an item with order number: 04-08[redacted]1. Before shipping it, the seller asked me if I was sure it was the right product for me. After reviewing the product features and asking the seller some questions, I decided it wouldn't work for me, so I chose to cancel the purchase. I inquired with the seller about canceling, and they said they would check with eBay. The next day, the seller confirmed the cancellation and mentioned I should wait for eBay's response regarding the refund. I never received any notification from eBay and have sent multiple emails to the seller asking about who will refund my money. The last two emails I sent to the seller requesting my refund have not been answered.

I recently bought the complete series of "Dallas" for $[redacted].99 and received it on June 13, [redacted], Order number: 25-08[redacted]7. However, the series has major issues with disc playback. The discs stall, often freezing my players, and some are missing multiple episodes, leading to a corrupted storyline. The problems occur consistently across different DVD players including an OPPO, Tascam Pro, and Panasonic. I placed an order for a safe this morning, but canceled within 5 minutes to use a gift card instead of my credit card. Even though I tried to cancel and reorder, they claimed it was already shipped, which seems unlikely within such a short time frame. I now have two orders from the same seller. They did not respond to my emails, but I received a message denying my cancellation. Upon checking the tracking, both items only show that the shipper created a label at 6:35 am, with UPS yet to receive the packages.

I've been waiting for weeks for eBay customer support to resolve this issue, but there has been complete silence. The amplifier I sold was listed as used and working, and it was delivered in that condition to the buyer. eBay closed the case because my son allegedly did not print a return label in the specified time frame, despite him reaching out to eBay about the issue. It is unreasonable for both the item and the money to be kept by the buyer. The buyer damaged the amplifier, accused me of scamming, and now expects us to accept the damaged item and pay over $[redacted] in return shipping costs. This goes against consumer protection and eBay seller policies. Despite being told I can request a return, the buyer damaged the item and is refusing to send it back. On 4/18, I received an email from Aileen mentioning her COVID situation, apologizing for the delay, and stating she would refund my money. Despite my desire to wait for the item, she proceeded with the refund unexpectedly. Subsequently, the item disappeared from the store, leaving me puzzled. My preference was to receive the item rather than a refund. I am unsure why the refund was processed. I have attempted to contact Aileen without success, which is concerning. My aim is to obtain the item by purchasing it from Aileen or understand the circumstances if it is unavailable. I am prepared to leave a negative review if the situation remains unresolved. I am writing to address the ongoing charges on my deceased husband's account. Despite notifying you of his passing in March [redacted] due to account issues, his checking account has been charged $21.95 monthly. In April, an additional charge of $10.98 appeared, followed by a recent charge of $43.90. Moreover, there was an unauthorized attempt by PayPal to debit $1,[redacted] from the same account. My account was compromised, and even after reclaiming it, unauthorized charges were made. I am now being asked to finalize these transactions, but I never received the items and I can't reach anyone for assistance. Some items were delivered, but most never arrived at my address. How should I handle this situation if I never received the missing items due to theft? The scammers also sent email confirmations, but they were promptly deleted as they had access to my email account. I have tried to resolve this mess, but I am still unsure about what was actually sent to me. I just want to return anything I did receive and resolve this issue. I am feeling overwhelmed and in need of guidance.
