I have been requested to refund an item sent to a member named vamp750422. Initially, they claimed the item was incorrect, but later mentioned that I was not at fault but they had a change of heart. The refund request went through without any communication from eBay to me. I believe the item is correct and can be proven. The reason provided by the buyer for the refund is simply "Changed my Mind." My listings clearly state "No refunds," and it seems like this buyer is misusing the system. I have reached out to eBay multiple times without receiving any responses. My trading name is merharba1, and my feedback is outstanding. This buyer has attempted similar actions in the past, as indicated by a feedback comment that suggests not trusting them due to process abuse. I am quite distressed by this situation as it is a first for me. My customers are generally pleased, as evident from my feedback record.

Hello, I purchased a set of dolls in early June with the order number 01-05[redacted]5. Unfortunately, upon receiving the dolls, I noticed that one of them, who I'll refer to as Andy, had its head broken with a piece that comes out. I reached out to the seller who mentioned there was insurance involved and advised me to contact FedEx for a refund. The seller mentioned not wanting the dolls back. However, when I contacted FedEx, they requested copies of the sender's receipt and the shipping number. Upon relaying this information to the seller, they provided me with some details. I requested the seller to initiate the insurance claim process, either by sending a replacement or refunding me while submitting a claim. Subsequently, FedEx required a form signed by the seller stating they wouldn't submit their own claim. After several attempts and facing frustration, I initiated two claims with FedEx, one marked as "did not receive" and the other as "arrived damaged," both of which were closed. I find myself at a loss of $[redacted] and unable to progress with the insurance claim due to necessary information from the seller. This situation is truly distressing.

I am writing to file a complaint. I recently sold item number [redacted]23 for £2.20 with an error in postage. The item has been listed multiple times with auto-relisting, and the buyer ended up paying £3.10 for postage. This time, I had to cover the postage cost, which exceeded the item's selling price. Upon checking my other listings, I noticed that another item was also relisted with the postage now falling on me. This was not how I set up my listings, and I am disappointed by this change. I am concerned that either the buyer will be unhappy, or I will have to resolve this issue myself. This has occurred before, where the postage responsibility shifted to me upon relisting, requiring me to revise the listings. I would like eBay to address this issue by covering the postage. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, I believe my current invoice should be credited due to the inconvenience this has caused over the past few months. I recently purchased the Air Purifier Oil Aromatherapy for Room Allergies Pets Hair, Smokers, HEPA Filter on eBay. The order was placed on Monday, July 6th, at 10:51 pm. The order number is 01-05[redacted]7 and the item ID is [redacted]30, sold by hahet_33. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my needs, so I requested a return and received authorization with next steps, numbered [redacted]. I prepared the product for return using the label provided by the seller but encountered an issue at the post office due to the package's weight exceeding the limit allowed by the label. This meant I needed Priority mail rate, which I was unaware of. I am requesting a new eBay RMA label that accommodates the weight of the product for return promptly. As a seller, I have already spoken with two representatives regarding this specific order. They assured me that my account was noted as [redacted]. The buyer placed the order, and I promptly shipped it. However, they later requested a refund as they found the same item elsewhere. I promptly reminded them that my policy clearly states no returns, and this was also detailed in the item description. After consulting with a representative who confirmed the accuracy of my listing and assured me of support, I also inquired about the removal of any potential negative feedback in line with the policy. Despite providing evidence of our conversation, the buyer seems skeptical and is seeking advice that contradicts company policies. I have reiterated the return policy to the buyer and made my decision clear. With a solid track record of [redacted] positive reviews, I am unwilling to make an exception in this case.

I am trying to sign into my account, but I have forgotten my username. It is possible that I used a fake email when setting up the account. I can confirm the credit card and PayPal information, as well as one of the three passwords I regularly use for security. Is there a way to access my account or send a message to someone for assistance? I purchased a microphone from zok5621_90j6hsoz(0), with order number 25-05[redacted]0. I won the bid for it. The seller charged my account but failed to deliver the item by the promised date of 7/14. It's already 7/17 and still no microphone. The seller has been making excuses and doesn't seem to want to honor our agreement. First, citing family issues and then claiming it broke after falling off his desk the next day. This behavior is concerning, and I believe the seller is not being truthful. I urgently need the microphone and have faced inconvenience due to this delay. I hope eBay will address this issue and not allow the seller to get away with dishonesty.

Hello, I'm customer b**99. I have been using eBay for years and always found it to be a superb service. Recently, I received an offer from a seller for an Andersen necklace at $45. After accepting the offer, I encountered an issue with a red note but I am unsure of what the problem is. I tried to reach out to the seller from Norway after not receiving the package for 2 months and eventually got a refund confirmation, which was great. However, I was puzzled by a message stating that the post office wanted to speak with me. Despite living in New York City and mainly relying on public transportation, I made the effort to go to the post office following eBay's instructions. Unfortunately, I was unable to provide the tracking number and the origin of the package, as it was missing from my purchase history. Even though I explained the challenges I faced, including my medical condition during COVID-19 quarantine, I received a message with a wrong tracking number and was accused of being disrespectful. I have a complaint about eBay's customer support. Around 2 weeks ago, I made a purchase using eBay's application from a seller named "weird or wonderful." The seller shipped the item using the courier company "Hermes." Despite the tracking showing that the parcel was delivered, I have not received it. When I tried to investigate the parcel's location on the Hermes website, I encountered issues with entering the correct postal code. The seller claims the item was delivered but has not been helpful in resolving the situation. I opened a case with eBay for a refund, but they surprisingly denied it within 15 minutes after the seller intervened. eBay sided with the seller based on delivery information provided, even though it's unclear how they verified it. Additionally, my feedback about the seller was removed within minutes, despite them having negative feedback. I paid $88 for the item and need help understanding what's happening in this frustrating situation.

(CashApp ONLY, no access to PayPal at the moment) I am looking to sell my Xbox One S with 1Tb of storage, including a 2Tb external hard drive. The console is in great condition and fully functional. It comes with the console, HDMI and power cords, a white controller, and a well-maintained external hard drive. Unfortunately, after purchasing the item, the seller stopped communicating and relisted the same item, selling it to someone else. I have requested a refund on CashApp since the seller did not respond to my messages. I believe I am protected by eBay's money-back guarantee, and I expect a refund or the item I paid for to be delivered promptly. Thank you.

It's been a week, and I haven't heard anything from you regarding the Xbox I purchased. I am concerned that my Xbox may have been stolen, along with the $[redacted] I paid for it. I bought three eBay debit cards, each worth $[redacted], but eBay flagged the transaction as fraudulent and I never used the cards. When I tried to return them to Walgreens, they refused and directed me back to eBay. After contacting eBay, they advised me to go back to Walgreens. I then tried to use the cards to make purchases on eBay, only to find out I needed to register them with PayPal. Hello, I recently bought a cell phone from the seller qualitycellz with free returns. Upon receiving it, I realized it wasn't what I wanted. I contacted the seller to arrange a return for a full refund as agreed. I sent the phone back in mint condition, but to my dismay, I only received half of the purchase price as a refund. The seller claimed it was damaged, which was not the case when I returned it. I raised my concerns with the resolution center, but they ruled in favor of the seller. I received my order on July 9th, but it was sent to South Hill, VA instead of Louisiana. Despite the seller providing information, eBay has not resolved the issue. On eBay, I purchased a faucet labeled "single cold handle steal," which I thought meant a single handle for cold water. However, it's actually a single Cold handle made of steel. The seller agreed to a return but wants me to deal with them directly outside of eBay and ship the item back to China at a high cost, making it more than the $27 I paid for. They originally shipped it with $2.99 shipping through a local affiliate. I haven't received responses to my inquiries, and eBay says I'm waiting for a shipping label, unable to seek further help for now. It's been weeks, and I fear I may run out of time to resolve this. I am facing an issue with my eBay refund request and case resolution. eBay denied my refund because they claimed I did not return the item within the deadline, but I have proof from USPS that the return was received well before the deadline.
