Upon renewing my GoDaddy hosting, my BlackEyeVision.com site's email through WIX stopped functioning. GoDaddy support advised me to reconnect the DNS settings through WIX. They have provided me with the necessary details: MX Record: Host: @ Priority: 0 Target: blackeyevision-com.mail.protection.outlook.com SRV Records: Port: [redacted] Protocol: _tls Name: @ Service: _sip Priority: [redacted] Weight: 1 Target: sipdir.online.lync.com Port: [redacted] Protocol: _tcp Name: @ Service: _sipfederationtls Priority: [redacted] Weight: 1 Target: sipfed.online.lync.com TXT Record: Name: @ TXT Value: MS=ms[redacted]1, v=spf1 include:secureserver.net -all I will need to set these up on the WIX DNS settings according to the instructions from GoDaddy.

I'm currently locked out of my Google account, which is preventing me from proving ownership of my domain name to WIX. Unfortunately, all my information is stored on Google, creating a frustrating situation. It seems like a catch-22 that I can't access Google to provide verification. This issue is hindering my business operations, which is contrary to why I use WIX in the first place. Once this is resolved, I plan to swiftly move away from WIX. I find the lack of customer support phone number aggravating, as I have been trying to communicate with WIX for two days without success. The experience has been extremely frustrating, and I'm considering returning to using GoDaddy instead.

Hello, my name is Jocelyn Beal. I recently noticed recurring charges on my credit card from Wix.com, totaling £4.35 each month since February [redacted]. As a result, my credit card has been compromised multiple times, leading to replacements and disruptions to my banking. Despite addressing this with my bank, the charges persist. I am reaching out to resolve this issue directly with your company. I am puzzled as to why these transactions continue to trigger alerts from my bank, especially considering I have no recollection of having an account with you. Hello, I would like to apologize for my delayed response to your emails regarding my payment. Unfortunately, most of them ended up in my junk folder, and upon reading them, I was unsure if they were legitimate or a scam. I was under the impression that the site was free, as I haven't had many visitors since my daughter's passing six years ago. I only have this website up for some grants that I have been applying for. I am concerned about the over $[redacted] charge on my account. Could you please provide clarification on this matter? Regrettably, I may have to discontinue the site due to financial constraints, assuming it was free, which is why I opted for WIX in the first place. It appears my credit card was changed, resulting in the payment decline. This was not communicated to WIX as I was not aware there were charges associated with the site, assuming it was free. I will not be available to check my email until after the Thanksgiving weekend. Kindly advise on how to revert to the free version of the site, or if closing it down is the best option. I purchased a 3-year premium plan for $27, which was supposed to include a free domain. However, my account was charged over $[redacted] last year and over $[redacted] this year. I would like a refund for the charges in [redacted] and [redacted] to my Truity Credit Union card account. Additionally, please close my Wix account promptly. I have been waiting for four hours for a tech support call back. I paid for a premium plan and expect to receive the technical support I paid for, which includes callback requests. Over the last week, it has been a daily challenge to get any Wix agent to return my calls. This is unacceptable. If I do not receive the technical support services I paid for with my plan and if Wix agents continue to ignore my callback requests, I will report Wix to the Better Business Bureau and cancel my monthly plan. I need my business website to be working and the issues fixed promptly. This is affecting my business, as I have not been able to resolve the site problems.

Last year I postponed my plan renewal. However, despite turning off automatic renewal, $[redacted] was still charged to my account without my authorization. Since my domain fefedreamboutique.com is no longer in service, I contacted support through chat to request a refund, but the $[redacted] was never refunded. This year, I anticipate a similar charge even though the renewal status is set to "off". I have attempted to delete the plan, but encountered difficulties on the website. If I do not receive a refund within 10 business days, I will need to escalate the matter. WIX lacks a sufficient customer service hotline for issue resolution.

I have been trying to get technical support from Wix for my website. I have a Premium Plan with Wix, which includes the option to request a callback from their Technical Support team. However, lately, I have been facing difficulties in submitting a callback request. Although Wix sends emails mentioning the option to request a callback, there is no actual way to submit the request. It is frustrating as this service is something I rely on, and the current situation is not acceptable. I believe Wix should address this issue promptly.

I am having trouble connecting with a Wix agent over the phone as Wix customer service only offers to assist via email. I specifically need to arrange for a callback. As a premium Wix plan subscriber, I expect to have the option for a callback which I am entitled to. This ongoing issue with Wix's technical support is frustrating and has been occurring repeatedly over the past three weeks. Please address this concern promptly by expanding your tech support team to ensure customers receive the callback service they have paid for. I've been attempting to transfer my domain azzaworldwide.com to a new hosting provider after the 60-day period ended on March 26, [redacted]. I reached out to Wix on the same day, and they advised waiting an additional 24 hours before attempting to transfer on the 27th. However, when I tried on the 27th as instructed, the domain was locked until May 27, [redacted]. I need urgent assistance from a senior manager to address this issue as Wix's support has been unsatisfactory. Since the problem seems to be on Wix's end, they should take responsibility for any damages or charges incurred due to the delay in transferring the domain. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently received a bill for $[redacted] for a website that I believe I had already canceled. The website in question is FarmingtonBibleChurch.com, which has not shown any activity or results for the church in a while. I have relocated to another state, and I am unable to keep up with the maintenance and expenses associated with the site. I would like to request either the removal or proration of the charge. I've submitted multiple help tickets through the Wix website portal. It seems like the website is purposely leading customers in circles. When you request 24/7 help, you're just directed to an unhelpful bot. I've asked for a call back on your website six times now, but I never receive any calls. I'm stuck in a loop trying to reach customer service or technical support. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for long-term customers. I need assistance with repointing MX records. I need a tech to call me today. Thank you.

I recently received an email from Wix informing me of unauthorized access to my account, leading to a password reset. Upon clicking the password reset link provided, it redirected me to a page on the Wix website prompting me to input my email. After submitting my email, the page indicated that another email had been sent to reset the password, which was the initial purpose of the link. However, the second email containing the reset information was not received. Despite reaching out to Wix through email and messages, I have not received a response yet.

I needed help with my Wix site and decided to hire a Wix professional named Darrick Fisher from Fish Media Group. We agreed on $[redacted] for the website and $[redacted] for a calendar integration, totaling $1,[redacted]. After paying in advance, we still don't have the calendar integration. Now, Darrick Fisher is asking for more money, increasing the price in new invoices due to additional hours spent on research. Despite agreeing on a set price for the work, he claims issues extended his time and demands more payment. We shouldn't have to pay extra for his lack of knowledge or unexpected obstacles. He assured us he could handle the task for $1,[redacted], but we're left without the service, yet pressured to pay more.

Hello, I purchased a one-month subscription for an epic form and payment service. I've disabled the auto-renewal as I only need it for a month. I am concerned about security and want to remove my credit card details to prevent unauthorized access to my computer and Wix account. According to the Wix tutorial, it's not possible to delete payment methods during an active subscription. Is there a solution to remove my payment information? Thank you.

My son registered a domain once in March and paid $17. We didn't intend to sign up for any ongoing plan; however, I noticed a monthly charge of $30 since March on my credit card statement. My son hasn't been using the service, unaware of the recurring fee. I kindly request a refund for these charges and to close the account to avoid further billing. Thank you.

I had a website created in May '22 but did not renew my domain name. I downgraded the site to not allow purchases and paid $[redacted] for the year. I realized later that the domain name renewal was missed, making the site inaccessible. Since I no longer need the site for the book it was promoting, I'd like a refund for the remaining months or the full amount paid. The domain name in question is www.rwainscott.com.
