Jacques, Je vous écris concernant le problème avec la mini friteuse que j'ai commandée. J'ai reçu des Goblets à la place de la friteuse. Jusqu'à ce que ce problème soit résolu et que je reçoive la friteuse, je ne ferai plus d'achat chez vous. Vous n'avez pas laissé de contacts pour que je puisse vous joindre pour résoudre le souci malgré mon message initial. I have sent numerous emails to Wish regarding a missing package with a tracking number that was issued. After checking with my local post office, I was informed that the number is invalid. I am not seeking a refund but simply want the merchandise I paid for. Despite my many emails on this matter, I have not received a single response. The package was meant for 2 Redfield Road, Island Park NY [redacted], and all the details on the label were correct. I would appreciate a prompt reply. You can also reach me at [redacted]. I made a purchase on Wish and selected the Klarna split payment option. After placing the order, $50.00 was charged to my card as the first payment. However, three hours later, I received an email from my bank stating that the full payment of $[redacted].00 was charged by Wish. Despite my attempts to cancel the order, I was unsuccessful. Wish charged me both the full order price and the split payment price. I am requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund of my money.

I have informed Wish that two items I received do not meet my expectations and have performance issues. Wish requested pictures, but the issues are related to functionality, like the lagging of the android box and performance of the SD card. These issues cannot be captured in photos or videos. I rely on Wish for many purchases but will reconsider if customer service does not address this concern appropriately.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Wish app on my phone. After making a purchase, my order details are not showing up when I click on it. Additionally, when I try to access the help section, it prompts me to input my name, last name, email, and password. However, after entering my information, it either shows an error or states that there is no account associated with my email. I attempted to reset my password without success. Now, when I try to add something to my cart, it redirects me to sign up. I am unsure of what steps to take next as I am not proficient in troubleshooting technical errors. It would be helpful to speak with a customer service representative over the phone, but my attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful with no one answering the provided number.

I have not received any tracking numbers for the packages ordered on October 2nd using my Master credit card. Although the payment of $28 was processed, I still haven't received any of the items. I ordered some AirPods and a phone case, but my package was delayed. After tracking it, I found out it was sent back due to an incorrect address provided by the seller. I confirmed my address on my Wish profile, so I believe it was an error on their end. I visited USPS to retrieve the package, but they had already sent it back. I was informed by a helpful lady at the office that the seller's mistake caused the delivery issue. I would like a refund to ensure this doesn't happen in future.

I made a purchase on November 27, and the amount was deducted from my debit card. However, I have not received the items yet despite multiple messages, and the issue remains unresolved. The order was placed through my Android phone with the number [redacted]67, which is no longer in use. I do not have the order number, but I can provide details of the items ordered: an Eeyore shirt in 4XL, 2 "Fast and the Furious" t-shirts in 3XL and 4XL, a weight-loss ring, weight-loss pills for $6.00, a sloth necklace, sloth earrings, a panda bear necklace, and a purple ring. Hello, I am requesting a refund for an item that arrived broken. I have been unable to resolve this issue with the seller, LEMONUSD, who is prolonging this claim past the one-month deadline. I believe you have access to all the communication that has occurred over the past month. The seller is acting in bad faith. In the first email, I was told it is common for items to go missing during a return. Then a second email asked me to return the item to China. An address was provided. I refused, and then they offered a 20% discount. This is not acceptable. The item is defective. I should not have to cover the return costs, and I am demanding a full refund for the item I purchased for 8 euros plus the shipping fees I paid. I need a receipt from Wish for a lost parcel claim with Australia Post. The tracking number is: 33EVH[redacted][redacted]. Wish customer service has been unhelpful, providing irrelevant information about a Braces Magnet I never ordered. They suggested I contact Australia Post, showing their incompetence. I would like to share my extremely dissatisfying experience with "Wish" through this email. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the treatment I have received since the beginning of this order placed on December 8, [redacted]. I initially tried to cancel the order immediately after placing it, but the cancellation function was not available. Despite contacting customer service, I was informed that the suppliers were already preparing my order. I questioned why they were preparing it when I was trying to cancel it within the allowed 8-hour window. Even after receiving automated messages that the order was processed, I was assured by "Wish" that I could cancel it and get a full refund upon receiving the package. The commitment given by "Wish" for the delivery was by January 7, [redacted]. However, on January 10th, I was notified of a further delay until January 14th. Although I successfully managed to refund one item, I encountered issues trying to return the rest due to malfunctioning zippers and automated messages providing unsuitable reasons. I urgently seek guidance on initiating the refund process due to "Wish's" delays surrounding this order. I want to emphasize that I will not be ordering from “Wish” again and would not recommend it to others moving forward.

Hello, my name is Glenn Robinson, and I purchased a drone earlier this year around January or February. Unfortunately, I faced significant health challenges, including a brain stem stroke and liver disease, which led to an extended hospital stay. As a result, I was unable to attend to my financial obligations like mortgage and council tax, leading to arrears. I have the unopened drone and now, in my terminal condition, I wish to return it or pay for it. I have been reviewing my recent orders and noticed that three items are missing. One item is from a separate order, while the other two identical items were in the same order. I contacted Wish via chat regarding the first item, and they promptly refunded me. However, when I inquired about the two missing items from the same order, they dismissed me, stating their system showed the items as delivered and refused to refund or resend them. Despite explaining that I am the only one at my address and did not receive the items, they cut me off and sent a generic message. They are not willing to refund me for the two missing items.

I am having trouble understanding why I was blocked?? Could you please unblock me as I want to make purchases BUT I'M UNABLE TO I provided my passport for identity verification. What's happening, why haven't I been unblocked yet? How much longer do I have to wait for a response?🤔 I have already been waiting for 14 days. The passport was sent to you, and it was stated to expect a response within 1-3 days!!! I shared my information to confirm my identity AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! I've encountered sizing issues, poor quality, and misrepresentation in several items I purchased on Wish, including rings labeled with incorrect sizing and materials. During the refund process, I was asked to upload a photo ID for account verification. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received a response from customer support after submitting my driving license as requested. I have concerns about being able to claim automatic refunds within the 14-day period for items received on January 30th, as they also have quality and sizing issues. I have spent over a thousand dollars on Wish.com in the last few months. After clearing my home computer's cache and cookies for another issue, I am unable to log into my Wish.com account on that computer. Fortunately, I remember the email connected to my account since I still have the Wish app on my phone. When attempting to reset the password on my computer, it prompts me to send a security code to the email associated with my account. Despite several attempts over the past 24 hours, I have not received the security code. I have checked my spam folder but found nothing from Wish. When trying to change the password on my phone, it asks for the current password, which I do not recall. This situation is becoming quite frustrating for me.
