I am currently waiting for my missing phone that has been lost for three days. I spoke to customer service at Disneyland before leaving, explaining that I have been tracking my phone and it shows it's still at the park. I am concerned that my phone has not been returned to me. They mentioned that bins are checked daily, but it's been three days and my phone has not been located. I apologize if I sound rude, I am just very anxious as this is my only means of communication at the moment. It would be greatly appreciated if you could make an effort to locate my phone.

I am interested in receiving pricing details for two vacation packages for a seven-night stay starting on February 26, [redacted]. We would like the packages to include theme park tickets. Our preferred options are for theme parks, water parks, and sports activities. Our first choice for accommodation is at Pop Century, followed by the Contemporary Resort. Additionally, we require a Memory Maker and travel protection. The vacation is for two adult guests, both above the age of 18.

Hello, we are from the UK and are experiencing significant problems with our bank card on the WDW website. Every time we try to make dining reservations, the processing takes multiple attempts to go through. The bank has confirmed that all transactions are authorized on their end, but Disney claims they are declined. Despite trying multiple cards, we are unable to secure online reservations for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique present we got for our daughter for Christmas. We are at a loss for what to do to make our bookings. We are arriving on the 10th of March and departing on the 21st of March while staying off property. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can resolve this issue? Thank you.

Edit: Can we modify our reservation due to an approaching hurricane? We currently have a booking for Tuesday but would like to shift it to Monday to ensure our departure before the storm arrives on Tuesday night. Thank you.

I booked Hollywood Studios for 10/17 but was only informed on the morning of our visit that the park was closing at 5 pm. Despite purchasing Disney Genie+ to book rides, 3 of the 4 we selected were closed for maintenance during our scheduled times. Although we received complimentary Lightning Lane passes, we couldn't use them due to the park's early closure. When we approached Guest Relations upon entering, the staff member assisting us was very rude. This was our first Disney experience as a family, and I am deeply upset by the outcome. I wish we had been notified about a potential park buyout, as we would have chosen a park hopper option instead. This disappointing situation left my 4- and 6-year-old children in tears, depriving them of the magical experience we had been eagerly anticipating. Missing out on rides, character meetings, and the fun we had planned for months was truly heartbreaking. I hope for an explanation and apology for this letdown. Thank you, M. Caponera

I am attempting to reserve a dessert party for the evening of November 16, [redacted]. I already have tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and wish to conclude our evening with either the Tomorrowland Terrace dessert party, a dessert cruise, or Minnie's Christmas Dessert Party. Despite available slots showing, I am unable to complete the booking no matter how many times I attempt it. Eventually, I receive a message saying my access is denied. This trip is to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and I understand Disney hosts numerous celebrations, but this is a special occasion for my husband and me. I want everything to be perfect and magical. Kindly advise me on what I might be doing incorrectly. Many thanks, Wendy xx

I am inquiring regarding the Lightning Pass for the Buzz Lightyear ride. Despite thinking we had completed it correctly, upon reaching the front of the line, we were unable to enter as we had not filled it out entirely. Unfortunately, we were denied access after waiting because of this issue. Although the attendant had the option to allow us in, we were turned away, which was disappointing given the high price we paid for the access we thought we had. This incident occurred on November 3rd around 2:30/3:00 pm for the Buzz Lightyear ride. The attendant's lack of accommodation left us feeling upset. My daughter is pregnant, and one of our companions recently underwent knee replacement surgery. I would appreciate your advice on this matter. Thank you, Mark.
