I made a purchase on Walmart.ca from a third-party seller on Nov. 29, [redacted]. Despite contacting Walmart four times about the order, it has yet to arrive. Each time I reach out, they claim they will escalate the issue and email the seller. However, the seller's response remains the same, citing the peak season causing delays in transit. The tracking number provided initially was incorrect and indicated delivery to a different province on Dec. 15, [redacted]. When I contacted the carrier, they confirmed the mismatch and advised reaching out to the seller. I'm concerned about potential fraud and lack of action. Is this the standard procedure for Walmart with sellers? I simply want to receive the product I ordered and seek clarity on the legitimacy of the seller and the status of my item.

Hello, I am in Mexico and unable to contact you by phone at 1-[redacted] for my Walmart online photo book. I am using the walmartphotocentre.ca website but cannot find a live chat option. I require assistance in removing photos from my photo book's gallery, not the book itself, as duplicates were unintentionally added. I am approaching the [redacted]-photo limit but still have more to add. Could you please advise if it is possible to delete photos from the gallery without affecting the book? The location preference on Walmart flyers keeps defaulting to Heartland store in Ontario despite my multiple attempts to change it. This inconsistency leads to discrepancies in prices between online viewings and in-store purchases. It is frustrating for us customers as we rely on the online information for accurate pricing. Every time we visit the Walmart Sarnia store, we encounter concerning issues involving the way products are stocked on shelves. The bread supply staff stack products in a hazardous manner, with racks reaching over seven feet high, causing customers to lean precariously to access items. Additionally, the placement of soda and chip pallets block aisles and pose a risk for customers who need to maneuver around them. Customers have been observed tripping and struggling to reach products due to the obstructed aisles. These safety concerns are particularly troubling for someone familiar with safety protocols in the chemical industry like me. It's crucial that Walmart addresses these issues for the well-being of its customers.

I recently received a renewed credit card with only a change in the CVC code. Despite updating the code and expiration date three times last week, the old CVC code was still associated with the card. I understand there may be a delay in data entry, having worked in the field, but my grocery order was canceled today because of the incorrect CVC code. The system claimed changes would happen automatically, which clearly did not occur. I would like my order to be processed at the prices I initially selected on February 28, [redacted]. I made a purchase at 6:45 am on 03/07/[redacted] to avoid walking due to my knee/back issues. When I went to pick up my order between 4-5 pm, they couldn't find it. It was frustrating waiting for over an hour only to be told my order wasn't in the system. Even after checking with customer service and Walmart.ca, there was no solution. I was offered to cancel the $[redacted] order or wait, which was not feasible for me as a single mother relying on that grocery order. Sadly, I left empty-handed after wasting three hours at the store. I am disappointed and plan to escalate this issue. I am not happy about having to return for my order and the lack of delivery options. The overall customer service experience was unacceptable. I tried to chat with Walmart online, but they wanted payment to continue the conversation, which I found unreasonable. My spouse works at your East Walmart Store #[redacted] in Abbotsford, BC. Today, I shopped at your West Abbotsford Store #[redacted] and noticed an overcharge on EQ Magnesium vitamins with a price discrepancy of $1.70. Despite bringing this to the attention of customer service, I encountered issues with receiving a refund due to using an employee discount card. The lead manager, Gurk, explained that the Scanning Code of Practice does not apply when an employee discount card is used, even if it's at a different store location. I feel that this policy unfairly impacts customers and undermines price integrity. Although I refrained from purchasing the vitamins due to this experience, I am reconsidering where I shop for groceries moving forward. If this is indeed Walmart's policy, I may return to RCSS for their consistent pricing and better selection. Thank you for addressing this matter.

This is the third time I've had my groceries delivered, and every single time they've been late. The first two delays weren't too bad, but this time it's been over 3 hours, and the delivery still hasn't arrived. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service, especially considering we are being charged for it. We are paying for the service, so this is not acceptable. If the service was free, I wouldn't complain, but since it's a paid service, I expect better. It's not just a one-time occurrence but has happened three times now, which is excessive. Please respond to me on how we can address this ongoing issue and hopefully find a solution.

Hello, I need some clarification regarding how Walmart implements the Scanning Code of Practice at store level. Walmart is a participating partner in the GFIG. I visited store [redacted] in Timmins, Ontario on Sunday, April 15th around 7:30 pm, specifically in the self checkout area. I bought 6x710ml Diet Canada Dry Ginger Ale, which was advertised in your weekly flyer from April 13th to April 19th. The flyer showed a picture of regular Coke and regular ginger ale with a description stating "select flavors" and priced at $2.97. However, when I scanned the Diet Canada Dry at checkout, it scanned at $4.49, which I believe is incorrect. I asked for the Scanning Code to be applied, expecting to receive one for free and the others at the sale price, as per the code. The clerk provided two options, which I found confusing. I asked for a manager, but the clerk did not provide the assistance I anticipated. Despite the situation, I was disappointed by the treatment I received for trying to resolve a discrepancy in a product that was both scanning incorrectly and advertised in the flyer. I recently made my first online purchase from Walmart, ordering a BBQ with the order number [redacted][redacted]. When I went to pick it up at the Port Hawkesbury N.S. Store #[redacted], I was assisted by a helpful young employee named Jeremy. He went above and beyond to ensure the BBQ made it to my car, even getting a truck when it wouldn't fit in a regular cart. Jeremy's great attitude and professionalism were truly commendable, and he embodied the customer service values of Walmart perfectly. Despite offering a tip, he kindly declined, stating Walmart employees don't accept tips. I was impressed by his dedication and demeanor, and believe he deserves recognition for his exceptional service. Unfortunately, I do not know him personally or his last name, but he left a lasting positive impression on me.

I visited your Midland store this morning around 11:30 a.m. and was surprised to see four dogs inside, including in the grocery aisle. These dogs were not service animals, and it seems like this is a recurring issue at the store. It's beginning to feel more like a dog park than a shopping place. While I love dogs and have three of my own, it's important to uphold health and safety standards, especially in grocery areas. I believe it might be necessary to reach out to the Simcoe County Health Department to address these concerns, as the staff doesn't seem to be taking action.

Dear Walmart and all other stores with self-checkout, It seems like self-checkout is becoming the norm. During my recent visit to Walmart, the employee checking receipts at the exit was stopping every customer. I personally found it unnecessary as I had already gone through the process of scanning my items. Therefore, I respectfully chose to skip the exit line. It would be great if stores could trust customers to use self-checkout efficiently or consider having more staff at the registers if needed. I prefer not to have to prove that I have scanned my items correctly. If stores expect us to perform cashier duties without training, it becomes their issue, not ours. I bought an HP Stream 2 months ago, and it's currently not functioning properly. The keys don't respond as they should, and sometimes a different key appears. Additionally, the charging port seems to be faulty since it doesn't charge. I'm interested in upgrading to a different 15.6-inch HP laptop because HP is the brand I'm accustomed to and prefer. Regarding order [redacted] placed around May 27th, I recently received a delivery notification indicating one item arrived around June 2nd or 3rd. However, I also received another notice dated June 9th stating the order was delivered, but I have yet to receive it. I reside on [redacted] Street. I prefer using PayPal for payments because Walmart had issues with updating my MasterCard details. Thus, I don't have a Walmart receipt, only PayPal's with the total amount. It seems two items from my order are still missing, and I'm unsure if they were misplaced or lost. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Walmart, I have an order with the details: #[redacted][redacted] and a tracking number: WAW[redacted]. I was informed that I could reject the delivery when the delivery person arrived. This morning, the delivery team contacted me, and I instructed them to return the order to the store. They assured me they would. I have noticed that all the product and email links in your flyers trigger my antivirus software, indicating they are unsafe: "The connection to click.e.walmart.ca is not secure. You are seeing this warning because this site does not support HTTPS." Even after proceeding once and having my antivirus remove a tracker and malware, the issue persists. I am puzzled by the lack of awareness of this issue by your IT department.

I've been encountering a long-standing issue with my profile where my phone number was mistakenly listed as [redacted] instead of [redacted]. This hasn't been a problem until now because a phone number is required, and the incorrect one is preventing me from placing an order. I've had an order pending for weeks but have had to turn to Amazon instead. I would prefer to shop at Walmart. I've attempted all suggested solutions, but none have been successful. I am writing to express my frustration with the self-checkout system at Walmart in Carleton Place, ON. Recently, there were only a few regular checkouts open, leading to long lines at the self-checkout terminals. I believe if customers are being encouraged to use self-checkout, all terminals should be operational at all times, with a couple designated for small purchases. The lack of available staff for traditional checkouts made the experience inconvenient and time-consuming.
