Dear Walmart Supercentre on Stony Plain Rd in Edmonton, I want to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your electronics department. This is the second time in three months that I have had trouble finding assistance with printers. Unfortunately, the clerk who attended to me was incredibly unfriendly, unhelpful, and unengaged. It was disheartening to see her more focused on her phone than helping customers. In contrast, I had a much better experience at Best Buy, where the staff were attentive and helpful. Due to this, I ended up purchasing a printer from them instead. This incident occurred on Thursday, September 8th, around 3:45 pm. Walmart Canada seems to have been in decline for quite some time. The inventory, including items like Great Value cereal and granola bars, often isn't stocked properly. Price matching is gone, and other stores consistently offer lower prices. This situation is prompting shoppers to look elsewhere. Recently, I experienced a concerning incident at store [redacted]. I purchased a discounted food item labeled at $3.73, but it scanned at $4.97 at the register. Despite the item having new bar codes, the reduced price wasn't being recognized. The customer service response was unsatisfactory, with delays and excuses about the bar codes not working. When requesting a refund and the item for free to compensate for the inconvenience, the manager blamed me for the scanning error. Their refusal to adhere to company policy and blaming customers is dishonest and unacceptable. When I asked to speak to a superior, I was told the manager was the highest authority available. This experience not only showcased deceptive practices by Walmart but also highlighted poor customer service and management. I hope Walmart addresses these issues promptly to regain trust and avoid further customer dissatisfaction.

We have purchased groceries from Walmart for many years. Before the pandemic, we used grocery pickup and recently switched to home delivery. On September 22, [redacted], my wife encountered issues with the app while placing an order for delivery on September 23. Despite payment going through, the app showed a problem on Friday. After contacting customer service and head office, no resolution was reached. The order was eventually canceled without a satisfactory explanation, leading to disappointment. As loyal customers spending approximately $[redacted] weekly, totaling $15,[redacted] annually, we expected better service. We have other grocery store options but would like to hear from Walmart regarding how they plan to regain our trust. Despite frustrations, my wife remained polite during all interactions. I had a troubling experience at the store today. I had two items in my bag and was told by an associate that I couldn't shop with them in the bag and needed a cart. The associate was rude and escalated the situation. When I asked for a supervisor, the associate was uncooperative. The situation was tense, but I eventually paid for my items and asked to speak with a manager. The manager apologized for the incident but didn't address the associate's behavior. I felt accused of stealing when all I did was ask for help and clarification. I'd appreciate speaking with someone to resolve this issue and seek an apology from the associate. Additionally, I would like to see a sign stating the store's policy on using shopping bags.

A few weeks ago, while shopping at the express counter in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, I had an upsetting experience with an older employee. She suggested I was stealing by pointing out items still in my cart, even though I was in the process of scanning them. This made not only me but also my young niece uncomfortable as she watched us closely the whole time. Despite me explaining I was still scanning, she insisted she was just doing her job. I mentioned she handled the situation poorly by implying I was stealing. As there are supposed to be [redacted] cameras in the area, I feel her behavior was unwarranted. Every time I return, she continues to monitor me closely, which is unacceptable. If this behavior persists, I will no longer shop at Walmart. It's important for the employee to be reprimanded and receive additional training in customer service to prevent this type of situation from happening again. I have shared this experience with multiple people, and the poor customer service I received is not reflective of Walmart's usual standards.

I would like to extend my thanks to a staff member at your Hillside Mall store in Victoria, BC. Today, I visited the customer service desk to share my positive experience with Becca. I was advised to provide feedback online, but I encountered difficulty locating the appropriate platform, so I am sharing my praise here. Becca was exceptional. She not only assisted me in finding the product I needed but also compared various options and escorted me to different departments to explore further choices. I placed order number [redacted][redacted] for delivery via FedEx on October 21st, but it hasn't arrived as of October 29th. I had to buy the product from a competitor due to the delay. I contacted Walmart and FedEx, but the issue remains unresolved. My credit card was charged $84.73 for an item I never received. I request this charge to be removed from my Walmart MasterCard. I am disappointed with Walmart's service and plan to cancel my card after the next payment. Despite multiple promises of next-day delivery, the item never arrived. I also reached out to the head office, but no one returned my call. Moving forward, I will shop elsewhere for groceries and other items. My friends have also faced issues with Walmart deliveries. Customer service responses have been unhelpful, and promises of callbacks from supervisors were never fulfilled.

I have been a loyal customer at the Walmart on Fanshawe Rd & Hyde Park for many years and have usually had positive shopping experiences. However, today I had a frustrating encounter with an individual in the Beauty Department who I assume was a staff member. She was not wearing a Walmart apron and looked very casual. While I was holding two Revlon lipsticks, she abruptly grabbed my right arm and sternly informed me that they were not testers, despite the fact that they were still sealed in their protective plastic. I was simply comparing the colors when she grabbed me. Even after realizing her mistake, she didn't apologize. I was quite embarrassed by the accusation. Despite this, I purchased the two lipsticks since one of them is hard to find elsewhere. I don't appreciate being treated this way, and in the future, I plan to look for these products at Shoppers Drug Mart. The incident made me feel disrespected, especially considering the friendly and helpful service I have received from other staff at the store.

I have attempted multiple times to access my Walmart account with no success. I have spoken to two representatives, but they were unable to assist me in accessing my account for shopping. Finally, I managed to cancel an account at a Walmart in California this morning. Until recently, I could shop at either the Saint Bruno de Montarville or Boucherville Walmart locations. I have tried to reset my account via email ([redacted]) and to create a new account but have been unsuccessful after multiple attempts. Hello, I recently applied for a Walmart Rewards Mastercard that was meant to be sent to my address in Edmonton, Alberta. However, since moving to Calgary, I haven't received the card even after setting up mail forwarding with Canada Post. I sent a letter to Walmart with an invoice and a $61.79 CAD cheque on November 2, [redacted], but have not heard back from them. I'm seeking the email address for complaints. On Nov 13, I placed an order that has yet to arrive. After contacting customer service seven times, they claimed the item was stuck somewhere due to issues. I requested a refund. Now, they called me suggesting the item was delivered and advised me to ask my neighbors. I check my porch daily, and their house is far from mine. Why should I ask them? Does this imply the item was delivered incorrectly? Is it my responsibility to search each neighboring house? I provided my address clearly. I am a former Walmart employee who used to work the night shift. Recently, I decided to quit due to feeling pushed to work faster, being paid minimum wage, and feeling like I was understaffed and treated poorly. I placed an online order for an iPad on November 29th at a sale price, but it hasn't been delivered yet. I escalated the issue to Walmart customer service on December 1st, and they assured me someone would call back by Tuesday, December 6th. The delivery service, Joeyco, couldn't deliver because Walmart didn't provide the house number initially. After providing the number, they said it would be delivered the next day, which didn't happen, so I called Joeyco again, and the same promise was made. After subsequent calls, they mentioned finding the item in their warehouse and committed to deliver within 24 hours, but it's now December 5th. Despite reaching out to Walmart multiple times and requesting to speak to a supervisor, the promised calls haven't come through. They mentioned a possible call from a supervisor either tomorrow or Wednesday. This delay has left me extremely frustrated, especially since I wanted to gift it at a party tonight for my Grandma. I emphasized this urgency to Walmart, but it seems my concerns are not being prioritized.

Recently, my Mastercard has been charged twice by your company. The first charge is for my purchase, which is expected. However, on the same day, there is an additional charge of one cent, consistently happening with each transaction. Initially, I thought it was a one-time error, but it has become a recurring issue. I faced issues with my Walmart.ca order placed on November 12, [redacted], for ship-to-store. The tracking information was not working, and after contacting customer service through chat and Twitter from November 29, [redacted], onwards, I was repeatedly assured it was on the way. However, after contacting them through various channels over 14 times in the past week, I was informed that my order was lost, and a refund was issued without my consent. Despite promises of follow-up, I had to initiate all contact and felt misled by the customer service representatives. I expect an apology and compensation for the time and frustration caused by this situation.

I searched for battery-powered light bulbs and found your California store, which has the exact items I need. Sadly, they do not ship to Canada. Canadian stores do not offer anything comparable. Additionally, when I tried live chatting, I was asked to pay $2.00 upfront. The items I am interested in are Frcolor Lights - LED Balloons and FCMSHAMD Flameless Candles 4-inch Battery Powered Remote Control LED Taper Candles. Is there any way you could assist with shipping to Canada?

I recently ordered two items from Walmart USA, but unfortunately, they do not ship to Canada. I have contacted customer service in both the USA and Canada without finding a solution. The items I am looking for are the FCMSHAMD Flameless LED candles with battery-powered remote and FRcolor lights LEDBalloons. I am hoping to have these products in time for Christmas and wondering if there is a way to obtain them in Canada or to arrange shipping from the USA. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On the final day of Walmart's Boxing Day sale, I placed an order for a television. Everything went smoothly until I reached the checkout process. My Visa card needed updating, so I decided to use PayPal since it was an option. During the order process, a pop-up window indicated that the transaction might take about 10 minutes. PayPal then emailed me to confirm they were awaiting Walmart's payment for the TV purchase. The following day, I found no email from Walmart. Upon checking the Walmart site, I discovered my order had not been processed. Upon contacting the store, I was informed that Boxing Day had ended and the TV price had increased by $[redacted]. Despite speaking to multiple managers in-store, they were unhelpful, and I never received the television I ordered.
