Delivery service, Joeyco said on Dec *st they could not deliver because Walmart had not given them the house number. I gave them * and they said item would be delivered next day. Not delivered. Called Joeyco again. Said would be delivered next day. Not delivered. Called Joeyco again. They said they had now found the item in the warehouse and would be delivered within ** hours. It is now Dec *th. Called Walmart and begged to speak to supervisor to get this resolved. Cust. Service reps promised that supervisor would call very soon. Nobody called. Spoke again to Walmart this afternoon. Said supervisor would call either tomorrow or Wednesday. I’m beyond frustrated at this point. Party is this evening to give gift to Grandma. No gift obviously.Told Walmart this. They really don’t care.

Walmart customer service are aware that this gift is for a party being held tonight Dec *th.

I want Walmart to let me pick up the item at my local store. I’ve already paid for the lost item. Walmart can figure out where the original item is and deal with that themselves.

I have shopped at Walmart store for many years. However, buying online, especially for an item on sale is a nightmare.

I’ve begged the Walmart customer service to try and get this resolved, but to no avail. I have also been in contact with Joeyco the shipping agent to try and get this delivered, again to no avail. Walmart if you want to compete with Amazon, have an effective customer service department and use a decent shipping service.
