Order #[redacted]-[redacted]: I purchased 3 cans of Sure unscented deodorant, and I faced an issue with the delivery. Instead of receiving all 3 items, I received a misleading picture showing the delivery on Sunday, Oct 31, which was not true. Living in a gated community, no package was received, especially considering there are rarely any thefts in the neighborhood, which makes this situation even more confusing. Today, I received 2 cans of deodorant, but I ordered 3. I request a refund for the missing can or for the delivery of the third one promptly. Despite generally positive experiences with Walmart, the picture of an apparent delivery left me unsatisfied. I have consistently requested that delivery persons ring the doorbell, as per my instructions, but this has not been followed, making it inconvenient for me to verify the delivery. I prefer all items to be sent together in one package to reduce the effort tracking multiple deliveries. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

Walmart has caused me distress regarding my grocery delivery since October 31, [redacted]. There have been numerous issues with my orders, including cancellations, incorrect total amounts, and changes in item quantities. My bank account with JPMorgan Chase Bank has been impacted by multiple transactions, resulting in overdraft fees. I am awaiting a refund of $[redacted].73, which is currently under dispute. Despite being initially promised free groceries due to these problems by associate Jeanette at 1-[redacted]-WALMART, supervisor Caroline G. later reneged on this offer. Ultimately, after various interactions with Walmart representatives, my bill was lowered to $72.00 from the initial $[redacted].74 with a promo code provided by manager Ahmad. Although most 1-[redacted]-WALMART associates were apologetic and professional, my experience with the staff at the Country Club Hills, IL Walmart was disappointing. With the exception of the driver Justin Santana and a cashier named Omaira, the staff was unhelpful and even rude. My attempt to communicate with management was met with resistance and disrespect. I am a 63-year-old disabled senior, and this situation has caused me significant hardship. I purchased four tires from Walmart online but have been struggling to get a refund since October 12th. The store manager mentioned the online purchase prevents in-store refunds. An online rep promised a refund within 48 hours, which never came. Subsequent calls led to varying refund timelines, the latest being 7 to 10 business days, which also lapsed without a refund. Recently, I was told the refund needs to come from the store, requiring an additional 48 hours. It's been almost a month, and the issue remains unresolved. I have noticed that the app has been charging me double for the past 3 months, which has only come to my attention now. When I addressed this issue with the respective merchants, I was met with indifference. As a single mother residing in the Bay Area and dealing with the recent loss of my twin brother, along with the challenges of car accidents and other personal losses, the additional financial burden is unwelcome. I urge Walmart to promptly refund the erroneous charges that have been withdrawn from my account.

I am having trouble activating my Walmart MoneyCard as I am not receiving the verification code on my phone at [redacted]. Despite entering the correct information, I am unable to access my funds online. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times with no success. I just want to access my money and will no longer use this service in the future.

I purchased two pairs of white Keds tennis shoes on September 15th, which were delivered on September 23rd and 24th. Unfortunately, neither pair fit my children, so I returned them to the address listed on the original package. It's now October 9th, [redacted], and I have yet to receive a refund of $92.61 for the returned shoes. I would appreciate clarification on the status of the shoes and why I haven't been reimbursed. Given that I bought the shoes from Walmart, I assume the refund should be processed by Walmart.

I am having an issue with the Walmart Pharmacy in Bryant, AR. When I went to pick up my Tramadol prescription, the pharmacist was extremely rude and invasive. Despite my doctor prescribing it on 11-3-21, she claimed it hadn't been renewed for a year since I don't take it regularly. She even questioned me about my symptoms and suggested physical therapy, overstepping her role. I requested a 7-day supply out of my 90-day prescription, but she refused, embarrassing me in front of others. This unprofessional behavior has made me reconsider using this pharmacy. It is concerning that she acted as if I needed her medical advice and failed to inform me about my prescription status as promised. As a loyal customer of 25 years, I expect Walmart to honor my prescription without such disrespectful treatment.

On October 5th, [redacted], while shopping at Walmart in Santa Fe, New Mexico at [redacted] Herrera Drive, I observed ammunition for sale. The Federal Ammo 20 gauge shotgun shells were priced at $8.82, and the Remington [redacted] Shotgun shells were listed at $5.78. I purchased one of each item due to the attractive pricing. Upon checkout, my card was charged $14.74 for the box of [redacted] Shotgun shells instead of the $5.78 as displayed on the shelf. When I raised the issue, both the salesman and a manager mentioned that all sales are final. My concern is if this discrepancy affects multiple customers, it could result in Walmart making an additional $[redacted] from [redacted] customers. While I understand the concept of final sales, I believe I should have been charged the correct price. It's important for Walmart to honor the displayed prices for customer satisfaction and transparency.

I am seeking reimbursement for an incorrectly charged purchase at Walmart in Santa Fe, New Mexico. On October *, ****, I bought ammunition that was mispriced. I encountered difficulties logging into my Walmart account. Each time I entered my email, it displayed random characters instead. After reaching out to Walmart's customer service, they advised me to close the account to resolve the issue. Subsequently, they confirmed the closure by sending an email to [redacted] I rely on Walmart for various purchases and therefore attempted to create a new account using the same email. Regrettably, I received a notification stating that this email is associated with a closed account. I am unable to modify the email address provided. I need assistance either reactivating the closed account for access or permitting me to create a new account with the same email address. Any guidance on rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated as I cannot proceed with my Walmart purchases.

I recently ordered vitamins from Walmart, but my package was left outside my building on a Sunday night and appears to have been stolen by morning. I have spoken with live chat customer service three times. The first representative mentioned a replacement order was placed, but I was unable to track it. The second representative said I would hear from the management team, but I received no reply. The third representative also mentioned a reply from the management team within 24 to 48 hours, but my issue remains unresolved. My account is now blocked, and I am regularly prompted with a verification process that doesn't seem to work. I am disappointed with Walmart's service as I have successfully received orders after this incident. I have been informed that the replacement order was a system glitch and should be resolved in three days, with my account being unlocked afterwards. I will wait until then before escalating the issue.

I received two orders for Order # [redacted][redacted] instead of one. Although OJ Commerce claims I ordered them twice, I believe it was an error. I contacted customer service through the chat line but was unable to resolve the issue as they couldn't find the order. I received one order initially and then another two days later. OJ Commerce is requesting payment for the return shipment, but I don't feel responsible as I did not intentionally order two. How can we work together to resolve this situation?

I have been trying to resolve my Walmart order #[redacted]-[redacted] for a week and a half now. The order was placed on November 7, [redacted], but the driver couldn't locate my apartment and canceled the delivery. Despite multiple attempts through chat and phone calls, the order still shows as delayed on the website. I have been assured by Walmart that they will update the delivery status to canceled so they can process a refund of $39.07 to my EBT card and $5.00 (tip) to my credit card, both saved in my account. I rely on Walmart + for free delivery due to health reasons and do not want to cancel my subscription. Hello, my name is Bart Nelson. I recently purchased an HP DeskJet [redacted] all-in-one printer online. I believe I bought it from you, but I can't locate the email confirmation. The printer has not been working properly since I received it, initially having trouble connecting to the internet. The customer support from the company where I purchased my computer managed to get it online eventually. However, now when I try to print, nothing happens. I have tried restarting the printer to no avail. Today, I received a refill Rx for my diabetes sensor by email but can't print it. The customer support suggested getting a new printer. On November 16, [redacted], I placed an order (Order# [redacted]-[redacted]) for various items, including Great Value Original Corn Chips and Fritos Lightly Salted Corn Chips, among others. However, instead of receiving these items, I received a case of DR Power, which seems to be a soft drink. It appears there has been a mix-up with another customer's order. Regardless of the cause of the error, we would like to receive the missing part of our order as soon as possible, which we have already paid for. Please send it out promptly and let us know when to expect it. We have the unopened DR Power ready to return to Walmart. Subject: Issue with Walmart Order Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] I ordered 10 boxes of Pop Secret Movie Theatre Butter Microwave Popcorn on 11/1/21. I only received 4 boxes on 11/2/21. After being informed that the remaining items were delayed, I requested to cancel the rest of the order on 11/7/21 but have not received any confirmation or update since. Today at 10am PST (12pm CST), I tried to contact customer service but was notified they were closed until 8am CST. I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my order. It is essential for Walmart to improve its customer service if they aim to compete with Amazon effectively. As for me, I am hesitant to make future online purchases from Walmart. I experienced harassment at the Walmart in Oxford, NC last week while looking at the jewelry department to make a Christmas list. Suddenly, multiple workers surrounded me, acting unprofessionally by chatting and laughing. When I approached the Manager to inquire about this, she was incredibly rude. Feeling upset, I returned the items and expressed my dissatisfaction to the employees. I was rudely spoken to and even faced aggression from one lady for no reason. The Manager not only allowed this behavior but also joined in. The situation escalated when I was threatened to leave immediately. Even the man at the front door was unhelpful and laughed at me. Feeling overwhelmed, I left the store. I sought legal advice, prompting me to reach out to the corporate office for resolution as advised. I am eager to discuss this matter further and find a suitable resolution, as I cannot overlook these disrespectful actions.

Upon delivery by Lasership, I received a box from Walmart sealed with their tape, bearing my order number.
