My daughter gifted me an iPhone 6S Plus, and I initially used Boost before switching to Straight Talk. I've been facing frequent call drops in my area with Straight Talk for a while now. Today, as I tried to switch to Cricket for better coverage, I found out that Straight Talk has locked my phone network and is refusing to unlock it. Despite the iPhone being purchased outright and not through Straight Talk, they claim they have the right to lock it as it was bought at Walmart. The iPhone came in the standard white box without any contract details they are referring to. I believe I should have the freedom to use my phone with any carrier. Contacting Straight Talk multiple times today hasn't resolved the issue; they are withholding both service and unlocking my phone. They're insisting I buy new service even though my current service has seven days left. Many others must be experiencing this problem too. I've already switched to Cricket but am unable to use the service due to this unforeseen lock.

I placed an order for multiple items around January 1st or 2nd, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of Tuesday, January 5th. As of January 7th, 9:45 PM, the items have not been delivered to my retirement apartment complex. Upon checking my order history, it shows no orders placed in the last 6 months, which is odd considering I have been regularly ordering roughly every 3 weeks since the start of Covid lockdown restrictions. I visited Walmart in Starke, Florida at store number [redacted] yesterday. I gave the employee $[redacted] to load onto a Green Dot Visa card. Although I haven't had issues in the past, I failed to double-check before leaving the cash register. About 20 or 30 minutes later, I returned and inquired about the missing money. The employee reassured me everything was fine, but only $70 was on the receipt. They claimed I only handed them $70, but I'm certain it was $[redacted]. Now, I'm at a Red Roof Inn hotel, needing to pay for the room immediately, but the card doesn't have the funds. I'm currently speaking with Green Dot and Walmart to resolve the situation promptly as I have nowhere else to go tonight and need the room.

I am following up on order #[redacted][redacted] placed in December [redacted]. It is now January 9, [redacted], and I still haven't received my package. I have contacted the postal service multiple times, but they are unsure if the package was even shipped or its current location. I insist on a prompt refund as I am no longer interested in the glasses. If not, I will need to take further action.

I recently noticed two transactions on my account that I did not make or authorize. After speaking with my bank, they suggested reaching out to the merchant to resolve the issue. If unsuccessful, I will proceed with filing a dispute. The unauthorized transactions occurred on December 29 for $[redacted].74 and on December 30 for $[redacted].15. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase two discounted Nintendo gift cards with my credit card. Unfortunately, the transaction was canceled due to their automatic fraud detection system. I contacted customer service for assistance, and the representative, Chris, assured me that he would forward my details to the billing department to resolve the issue. He mentioned that I could reorder the gift cards and call back for a price match to the original order. Today, when I tried to repurchase the gift cards, the order was once again flagged and declined. If I am unable to buy the gift cards at the initial discounted price, I would appreciate upfront clarification on this matter.

While I was shopping for a phone, I encountered a situation where five employees, including the manager Mr. Romero, were focused on checking out a customer buying a TV instead of assisting me. They mentioned their computers were closed and they were off-duty. The customer being checked out even acknowledged it was poor service and approached me after completing his purchase. The staff seemed to be joking around instead of helping customers. When I requested to speak to a manager, Mr. Romero, who was present during the incident, came over. Despite it not being 8:30 PM yet and no indication of the department closing, they were unhelpful. This led to a feeling of laziness on their part as pointed out by the other customer. I left my contact information with the manager, hoping for a follow-up on this matter.

I reside in Elberton, GA, where there's a small Walmart. Around 7 PM, I visited the jewelry counter, enamored by the sparkling display. Unfortunately, no sales associate was present initially. After flagging down another associate passing by, I explained my need for a watch battery replacement. Despite a sticker on the counter indicating they provide watch battery replacements, a woman identifying herself as "SECURITY" in plain clothes stated they no longer offer the service due to Covid-19 restrictions. I suggested wearing gloves to resolve the issue, but they declined. Despite everyone wearing masks, they insisted on Covid-19 safety protocol. I pointed out the lack of signs indicating the temporary suspension of the service. Eventually, I left without the battery replaced, purchasing two watches instead. The lack of this service seemed like false advertising, and I urge Walmart to reconsider offering it with proper safety measures in place. I recently got gas at a pump on S 62nd St. using my MetaBank card. The pump only allowed $7.15, placing a 3-day hold on my last $[redacted], though usually it's just 24 hours according to the attendant. Despite contacting my card company, they mentioned the hold is on your end. Last week, my daughter's card got a $[redacted] hold for 10 days after her order of a watch was canceled by you with the money already collected for an item listed as out of stock on .com. We are frequent Walmart shoppers and rely on our funds there, so having them frozen is inconvenient. Seeking clarification on when the hold will be released. Thank you.

On February 3, [redacted], I placed an order on Walmart.com for a Chintaly Kalinda 5-piece dining set priced at $[redacted].44. When the delivery arrived on Saturday, February 6, I only received 2 chairs instead of the full set. After contacting Walmart.com, they reached out to Hayneedle, who clarified a listing error stating the price was for 2 chairs only. Despite my explanation that I purchased the 5-piece set as described, Hayneedle mentioned they couldn't process an exchange due to the purchase being made through Walmart.com. I reiterated my request for the 3 missing pieces, but Hayneedle's solution was to have FedEx pick up the chairs at no cost and issue a refund once they received them. The Walmart.com manager informed me that Hayneedle would not be sending the missing items but would proceed with a refund.

I used a Walmart gift card with a balance of $[redacted] for a purchase on April 6th at SoCal Hobbies. Despite my request not to, the company refunded the money back to the gift card I no longer have, as the product I ordered did not arrive from China. I am now unsure of the card type but believe it was a Walmart gift card. I need help recovering the $[redacted] that seems to be lost. SoCal Hobbies refunded the money against my wishes in June, even though I asked them not to. I do not have the card number nor any details, and the company claims they cannot retrieve this information either. I'm unsure what steps to take next to resolve this issue.

On April 6th last year, I placed an order with SoCal Hobbies for an RC plane jet liner kit coming from China. After waiting for 3 months without receiving the kit, I requested to buy something else and asked not to refund my $[redacted] to the original payment card. Unfortunately, in June, they refunded the money to a gift card I no longer have, and now I'm unsure how to retrieve the $[redacted]. SoCal Hobbies claims they can't provide the last four digits of the card used. The refund process began in June of last year with the money meant to be reimbursed to the card used for the original purchase on April 6th. Thank you.

I visited the Walmart on 95th in Chicago (#[redacted]24) today to buy the Sterilite 4 Shelf Garage Cabinet, Gray (Model [redacted]-3V) as listed on the website. The site showed 3 available for a week. Despite searching in the auto and nearby sections as directed by two sales people, I couldn't find the item. One staff member led me back to the furniture area and shared what seemed like a fabricated story. I'm extremely frustrated because I had someone take time off work to accompany me for the purchase, only to find out the item isn't in stock, though it's listed online. This situation is unacceptable! Attempting to call the customer complaint number was also unsuccessful. I urgently need this issue addressed and want to speak to a representative directly.

At a Walmart store in Galt, California (store [redacted]), the store manager has declined to replace the light that illuminates the American Flag. As a 40-year Veteran of the military (USMC and USAF), I believe it is crucial to display the flag appropriately, including being visible around the clock. The Flag manual mandates that the American flag should be respected and visible 24/7. It is disappointing that the store manager has not taken steps to address this issue, as it shows a lack of respect for the flag and our country. I hope that someone from Walmart's Corporate office will intervene to support our Veterans and direct the store manager to replace the flag light. Thank you.

We bought a Coolermaster MasterMouse MM711 gaming mouse for over $50 between late January and early February this year. Unfortunately, after only a week or two of use, it suddenly stopped working without being misused or damaged. Despite no longer having the packaging or receipt, we spoke with a representative online named "Luz" who suggested we might find assistance. The phone number provided, 1-[redacted], option 2, and then option 2 again, did not connect us to the right department for returns or customer service as promised. We're wondering if Walmart could assist us with a return or exchange if we bring it to the Palmyra, Pennsylvania store.

I bought a 12-month Xbox Live gift card on 11/27/[redacted] for my son's Christmas gift. The receipt has the card number needed for redemption, but the code on the receipt is not the required 25 digits. The cashier informed me that the code would be on the receipt, not on the plastic card. On my receipt, it says 'XBOX 12MTH 59.88' followed by a 19-digit code, which is incorrect. Despite spending $59.88, the code is invalid. A Microsoft representative mentioned it should be a 25-digit code. I no longer have the plastic card but still have the receipt. I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

I am a loyal Walmart customer with store and grocery accounts. I recently noticed a charge on my credit card that I did not make on 3/12/[redacted]. I am employed at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Buffalo, New York, and I am interested in knowing if Walmart carries gift cards specifically for UBER and LYFT. Additionally, at the Buffalo VA Hospital, we provide Walmart Gift Cards to disabled or homeless veterans for purchasing food and essential items. Yesterday, I visited Walmart for the first time in a while and bought a gift card. Unfortunately, when I scratched off and shared the code with a friend, they found out it wasn't activated. I reached out to the store's electronics department, and they mentioned it should have been activated at the register. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was delivered via FedEx on 3/30/[redacted]. The package arrived damaged due to a mishap with a forklift, resulting in cracks on both sides of the center shelf. I have photographic evidence to support my claim. I have already initiated a claim with FedEx, and their claim number is [redacted]. I urgently need the purchased item to be replaced. I can be reached at 1-[redacted]. I am frustrated with the increasing number of damaged deliveries and the inconvenience it causes. I hope for a prompt resolution as I live in a rural area and am a senior citizen, making it difficult for me to return the item to Walmart Barstow personally.
