vodafone spain contracted us for a fix price and we bought three phones ,one landline,unlimited call unlimited TV however after almost * months later our price doubled .Called call centre ***** * days ago asking for reasons and also visited another shop send my contract as requested by email and waited for a call since they told me that they will call me in ** minutes *,however on **th of april * called again to find out the reasons the guy told me after keeping me almost ** minutes on the phone that I need to go to the agent I contracted my services ok but I had another question I said regarding my last two bills which I was debited for MORE SER*ES * asked what is this and why *he said your TV packed added more series thats why .MY TV is not installed yet and I had my contract for unlimited TV series but still charged the guy started shouting on the phone saying that he does not understand what I am saying he will either cancell all my TV package or what I want .I said my tv package is unlim*ted for TV why you are charging me more just refund it he again said that for last ** minutes I do not know what I want ...I said please explain if I do not understand your products and calm down but no he kept going on and * shut down the phone will call again maybe another rep can help me out but so bad for vodafone with limited client service experience and product experience result is not in favour of vodafone ...thanks
