I have a close friend who has been a vodaphone customer for many many years but is now extemely disabled after suffering a stroke * years ago. His phone has ceased to work and he now has no contact with the outside world at all. He has no way of contacting vodaphone and therefore is at a loss as to what to do. One of his carers tried to talk to vodaphone on his behalf but their response was that he must go into a vodaphone shop which unfortunately due to his disability he isn't able to do. He only uses a phone to make phone calls, he doesn't have computer access and at the moment is very much isolated. What is the best way to proceed? He must be out of contract now and it would seem logical to either cancel his contract or take out a new one with a new phone, but how do I contact vodaphone and make this happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
