I have had a letter from yourselfs saying I owe £*** I cancelled a few months ago due to poor service from you I was without Internet for about * Months! I had * Technician s out I had a number of Phone Calls and *Video Consultations and still my Services were not rectified !You should know about this as all calls are Recorded. I then cancelled and I was told I would be credited for * months and if ever I came back to yourselfs I would get a good discount. I got no discount but took it as a loss . Mrs Wright
