Hi we arrived at the Enclave suites on Friday we paid for a superior room but we have been given a basic outdated room instead we had this holiday booked for * years we even rang the hotel * weeks before we set off and they said we will be getting a superior room not a great start to a expensive holiday our reference number is ******* thanks Craig
