Hi,*I am booked to fly to NYC on the *th October, however two weeks ago my friend who is flying with me Fractured her knee cap. I suggested she contact Virgin to see if she needs a letter from the consultant to say that she is fit to fly. She spoke with a lady called Gaynor on Tuesday and she said we need to email the consultants letter to confirm she us able to fly however she will need to seat in the bulkhead seats as she will need to keep her leg stretched out.*Could you please help me with the seat change and the airport assistance? When you contact me I can email you the consultants letter and my booking number as well as the seat numbers thank you
