I have a piece of luggage which was dust delayed in Fla. Us o July*. Was then sent to MAN on July *. After filling out delayed baggage form, was told July ** luggage would be looked for and I'd be contacted. I was then contacted July ** by Delta that my luggage was in W. Pal. BCH Fla! Agent told me luggage have an expedite tag * ********** and would be sent on VS***, arriving at *:** on ****. She said it would be delivered to me where I am staying. When I called GBS, they had not yet identified the luggage but did tell me I would have to pick it up. I'm hoping you, as the carrier which delivered luggage to UK WILL see that it is delivered to me once found! I've spent $***.** trying to get this needed piece of luggage, * days into my trip. The luggage has had more fly time than me! Help me please.
