This person has a history of defrauding various organizations and individuals, including exploiting a disabled veteran. Despite being confronted, she has resorted to filing false police reports and obtaining protection orders while maintaining a facade of victimhood. Her ability to manipulate situations and adapt her behavior to gain trust raises serious concerns about her integrity. Given her track record of exploiting different agencies and organizations, it begs the question of whether this behavior extends to her current employment at Victoria's Secret in the Southgate Mall.

This new campaign ad has left me in disbelief at the direction your brand has taken. Your business faltered in the past, and now it appears you're intentionally sealing its fate. The decisions being made at VS are beyond comprehension. Once a respected brand, you've now become a punchline. Perhaps showcasing overweight women in a misguided attempt at inclusivity is not the way to revive your image. This absurd approach to marketing by resorting to stereotypes is disheartening. My sympathies go out to any franchise owners still associated with your brand. I was surprised to see your clothing line still operational, but this desperate and comical rebranding strategy is truly laughable.

I am in India and placed an order through your international website. The courier company sent me this message: Hello Sunish Kumar, your shipment [redacted]4 from Victoria’s Secret Direct C/O ESHOPWORLD is heading to India but is stuck in customs because the delivery address doesn't match the provided KYC document. I need to submit a document matching the delivery address. I work at a different address than the one on the order and have address proof for my home address. Please allow me to either cancel the order or update the address. The payment has been completed.

I noticed that I was billed twice for a single order. Initially, I was charged $46.74 for the total order, which included the "Sexy Tee Lightly Lined Demi Bra" and the "Lightly-Lined Smooth Demi Bra," purchased during their semi-annual sale. Subsequently, I was charged an additional $10.87 for the second item, which was shipped separately. I reached out to Victoria's Secret via their online chat and customer service number. The phone associate requested I send a screenshot of my bank statement via email. However, after doing so, I received an error message indicating that my email was not delivered. Despite the relatively small amount involved, it is frustrating to experience such overcharges, especially considering it is not the first time this issue has occurred with them.

I have been wearing a 36A bra from Victoria's Secret for years, even after a fitting in-store. Today, at the Mall of America store, I felt body shamed. While shopping at Victoria's Secret store [redacted] The Strand W #[redacted], Columbus, OH [redacted], my wife and I encountered an upsetting situation. When I asked an employee named D about the availability of a bra and panties size, she responded by questioning if we were sure about the size in a manner that made me feel embarrassed. Despite feeling upset, I remained calm, but my wife sensed my discomfort. When I requested to speak with a manager, D claimed she was in charge and displayed a dismissive attitude. This unfortunate incident occurred in a store where my wife frequently shops, as her wardrobe is filled with Victoria's Secret items. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and hope that this experience does not deter my wife from continuing to shop at Victoria's Secret.

During my visit to the Ridgeland, MS store, I found the items I wanted but encountered some issues during checkout. The associate had to leave to speak with FedEx, leaving me waiting. Eventually, another associate came to help me ring up my items, but it made me question the lack of coverage in the store. This isn't the first time I've had a similar experience, and it makes me think that the manager might need additional training. It's frustrating when it seems like the store isn't prioritizing customer service or proper staffing, and it definitely impacted my decision to make a purchase with my VS card and coupon. I hope they address these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

I am a fan of Victoria’s Secret, but our local store closed, forcing me to shop online. My recent orders have been disappointing. One order never arrived, despite promises to expedite it. Consequently, I had to replace some panties that were out of stock. Another order had a sweatshirt I wanted, but it was suddenly marked as sold out after purchasing matching pants. When I tried to redeem a $20 gift card, there were issues, and now I received a message saying the sweatshirt is unavailable. Despite the item showing in stock online, it seems unreliable. It is frustrating as we rely on online ordering due to the store closure, and with four daughters, the inconsistencies are not worth the trouble.

I have consistently been satisfied with Victoria's Secret PINK underwear, but I recently purchased three new pairs, and all of them developed multiple holes after only 2-3 wears and washings. This has never happened to me before. The holes are in the middle of each pair, far from where normal wear and tear would occur. I have older PINK underwear made from the same material that has held up much better, leading me to believe there may have been changes in the material or production process. I am seeking a refund since I am unable to wear this underwear any longer. It seems I may need to consider switching brands in the future if the quality continues to decline. I have been a loyal customer of PINK for years, but if the standards are slipping, I may have to look elsewhere for my underwear needs. Bonjour, Je souhaite un remboursement pour mes commandes du 28 octobre, numéro E[redacted]59 et numéro E[redacted]31. Les deux commandes d'Instinct ont été passées séparément mais reçues en même temps. Ces colis étaient destinés à une vidéo de présentation sur YouTube, un réseau social où j'ai une communauté de plusieurs centaines de milliers d'abonnés. Mes abonnés m'ont demandé ce Haul. Cependant, j'ai été choquée de trouver mes deux colis écrasés, saccagés, abîmés et coulants, avec les bouchons cassés et les produits complètement vidés sur le sol. Mon assistante a contacté le service de livraison agréé, qui a ouvert une enquête et s'excuse, affirmant que les colis ont été remis dans cet état au livreur qui a simplement effectué le transfert. Ils m'ont demandé de contacter le fournisseur, pas le service de livraison. En tant que consommateur, je demande un remboursement immédiat pour mes deux commandes et je tiens à exprimer mon mécontentement envers une enseigne aussi réputée que Victoria's Secret.

Despite explaining my situation, the first agent was unhelpful, claiming there was no discount for me. After being put on hold and dealing with multiple agents, I was disappointed as the final response only offered a $10 gift card instead of the promised $15 discount and missing the initial $25 discount. On November 7, [redacted], I placed an order and then requested a full refund yesterday due to an issue. I did receive an email about a refund, but it was only for $27 instead of the full $40. I am disappointed by this and insist on receiving the entire $40 refund. Additionally, I called your customer service twice about the matter but no resolution was reached. Therefore, I am also requesting a refund of $25 for the phone charges incurred during these calls. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt resolution after almost a month of waiting.
