This is my third or fourth time calling about a simple billing problem and it’s taking hours of talking to verizon so far. The last time we almost had it figured out and I lost you guys and nobody called me back. I’m tired of being on hold so I thought that you guys would call me back so I gave it time but I haven’t heard from anybody in a week at least. Please call me about my billing I was hoping you guys could work with me on the situation I had. I lost my phone for three months and when I talk to verizon they didn’t tell me I could pause my automatic payment from being taken out of my debit card account. Finally I realized it and pause my account when verizon told me about it a different lady close to where I live. I’m hoping to get credit for at least two more months.
