Input my billing info. ... I recently purchased a property and took over a VRBO account handled by the previous owner. I filled out all of the banking info., payment requirements and W-*. I have received notification from VRBO that the W-* is missing information. I have refiled it no less than * times and have called the service dept. No one can tell me what is incorrect on the W-*. I have also not been paid for my bookings. Customer service has referred this to billing but no response back. What shall I do?
