I cannot get into my unemployment account due to the fact that I changed my phone number. **I called last week to change it over the automated service but today it is still asking me for a verification code from MY OLD NUMBER which I obviously no longer have access to. **I called again today and changed it through the useless phone prank set up in the system (seriously, what is the purpose of that thing then? *********Please advise. I would love to fix it in my account by myself...
