Florida DEO, what you're doing is just plain "Wrong" !

Collect back benefits ... In July **** while waiting for unemployment benefits back pay from June of **** thru February **** when i was on medical leave, my account got locked. So not only do i have the catch up game to play from that, but of course we get laid off*closed down and here comes the rather creative run around scenario. It just supposedly got opened again about * weeks ago. I say supposedly because I can't do anything with it, I can't even claim weeks, and although documentation says that I'm eligible my bank account is still on a top ramen diet. I try to register my work search and the option isn't even on my dashboard. Call for help... Nope, can't get anyone on the phone over the last three or four months, and the main *** number just tries to shuffle you back over to the dead loop customer service line. I can't get to a new job because I have no money to get things in line to get to the job sites where the work is. What kind of insurance is this?? I'm at my wit's end!

The entire state taxpayers and government alike are very very super duper uber aware that this problem exists but no one's doing anything about it.

Just pay me my back payment total to date.

I'm supposed to be entitled to this as part of the workforce

Called DEO Inspector's office *Emailed several people at the DEO who's info was given as people who would help... Never got a response.*Call several times a day, every day Monday through Friday over the last few months to try to get through to customer service... No dice*Etc etc etc
