I filed a claim at the beginning of March. There was a previous issue on my claim regarding a prior job's start date so they said I owed them money. The start date they had was incorrect so I sent them the correct start date. I spoke with them on the phone and they said all the issues had been resolved and they deemed my claim eligible. They told me that Benefit Payment Control would be clearing off my disqualifications and they would issue my payments. They said it may take a couple of weeks. That was about April **th. It is now almost the end of July and I have received nothing. I have called over *** times in the last week with no answer. No hold. No offer of a callback. It just hangs up on you. I have called every number I can find and the same thing happens. They say all agents are busy and just hang up on you. I need help.
