Hello, I encountered an issue while playing R6 with my friends. I was unjustly kicked multiple times by BattleEye, leading to a 2-day ban. We were queuing for ranked which we played all day without problems until I got kicked upon joining the game, unable to rejoin despite troubleshooting steps like restarting, validating game files, and more. This unfair ban has left me frustrated, especially as a new player in my second week. I am seeking an unban since I did not lose any MMR and a resolution to prevent this from happening again.

I recently received a 24-hour ban from Rainbow Six Siege while trying to play ranked. I have been a player since the game's release in [redacted], and this ban is a first for me. I am disappointed and frustrated by this situation. I request to be unbanned as soon as possible. As a US Air Force veteran currently on medical leave, playing this game is a great way for me to pass the time with my friends. I assure you that I did not intentionally leave the game to receive this ban. I strive to maintain my rank and never abandon matches. I still have 22 hours left on my ban, which was issued on March 8th, [redacted], at 4:46 PM.

I am looking to add my phone number to my Ubisoft account, but Ubisoft has stated that my phone number "does not meet security standards." I visited the Ubisoft website to search for a solution, spoke with the live chat support, and submitted a formal claim clarifying that my phone number is valid. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or explanation from Ubisoft regarding why I am unable to add my phone number. I really hope that the resolution is not as simple as "use a different phone number," as suggested by the live chat representative. This is not feasible for me, as I do not possess any other phone numbers. The purpose of requiring a phone number for accessing ranked Rainbow Six Siege matches is to deter cheaters, as they are limited to using only one phone number. I am eager to play ranked matches with my friends and would appreciate any help in this matter.

Yesterday, while playing Rainbow Six Siege, my game crashed, and I kept experiencing connection failures when trying to reconnect. This resulted in me getting banned for one hour first, then for two hours later on, and finally, today I received a 24-hour ban. I did not intentionally leave the matches, and I tried everything to rejoin without success. I even took a picture for proof of the issue. My account username is IlIIIllllIIIIIl, and it is associated with my email [redacted] I believe I should be unbanned as I was not able to control the connectivity problems preventing me from rejoining the game.

I purchased Far Cry 6 for PC directly from Ubisoft. Upon installation, I realized the controls were set up for a console controller, not a keyboard and mouse. I reached out to Ubisoft's support team via chat, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue or approve my refund request. I would like the console version removed and replaced with the correct PC version. Ubisoft support has not been helpful in fixing this problem.

Hello, I am reaching out due to an unfortunate incident that occurred at the end of last month. There was unauthorized access to my account and email ([redacted]). Upon noticing this on the 6th, I promptly changed my email and thought the issue was resolved. Recently, while playing one of my favorite games on Ubisoft and GeForce Now via my phone, I discovered that the attackers managed to regain access to my account and revert the email back to the compromised one. Not having immediate access to a computer, I have been predominantly using my phone to play games. Upon checking Ubisoft Connect, I was alarmed to find the new email had been changed back to the old compromised one. This account holds sentimental value to me, as it has been a part of significant moments in my life. I am willing to provide details such as the new email password and the old account password to assist in resolving this issue.

Hello, I hope you are in good health. My name is Safwan. I recently purchased a Steam account that contains Rainbow Six Siege. However, I accidentally clicked on "Play" for Rainbow Six Siege without logging out of my old Ubisoft account that also had Rainbow Six Siege linked to it. Now my new Steam account is connected to my old Ubisoft account. I tried to create a new Ubisoft account to resolve this issue and start playing on it, but I encountered an error stating, "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product. Please contact customer support if you need help in solving this problem." I am worried about losing my purchase if this is not resolved. I was banned some time ago and have been appealing with BattlEye and other methods after being banned mid-match. I admit I was being toxic but I was not cheating. I called out a teammate in the chat about their location, and I was instantly removed by the anti-cheat system and banned on two of my accounts without further explanation. I tried to contact Ubisoft about it, but their support website shows an error and no further information. It's been six months, and I'm unsure what steps to take next.

I've been playing AC Valhalla since it was released and have completed the character several times. I am currently stuck at a point in Ragnarok where I can't seem to progress due to issues with the flying controls. I'm having trouble getting the character to drop or land on the nest where the tools are located. I've tried multiple control options without success. At this point, I'm considering leaving that part of the game behind and going back to the area outside of Ragnarok. Thank you.

I have been playing Settlers Online for over seven years, and I'm having trouble logging in. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I haven't received a response. My account, KingOfBRF, seems to have been hacked or compromised as I am being asked to register again. I have invested a significant amount of money into this game and changing my password has not resolved the issue. Instead of creating a new account, I need assistance in recovering my original one.

I am reaching out for help as I encountered an issue with my in-game purchases in Assassins Creed Valhalla. I bought the game, all the DLC, and spent about $[redacted] to $[redacted] on helix store items. I mistakenly didn't use the two large upgrade packs I purchased, and later realized the items were added at my current upgrade level, resulting in not having enough resources to upgrade everything I bought. I'm seeking guidance on how to appeal a banned account caused by toxicity. My brother, who was playing on my account excessively swearing in Rainbow Six Siege, led to the ban. I have two PlayStation accounts, one for my PS3 and one for my PS4/5. My father set up the PS4/5 account, and I created the PS3 one. I connected my Ubisoft account to the PS3 for one game, but now I need it for some PS4/5 games. I keep getting an error message saying to associate my account with my PS3 profile. I can't find a way to contact Ubisoft for help. I would like to switch the PlayStation account linked to my Ubisoft account if merging them is not possible.

Hi, I recently purchased Far Cry 5 and initially, it ran smoothly at 80-90 frames per second. However, after downloading the game again for another playthrough, the frame rate dropped significantly to around 20-30 FPS, which is unacceptable considering I have a GTX [redacted] with Ryzen 7 2700X. I find it confusing that the cracked version of Far Cry 5 runs better than the one I bought. The only reason I'm not sticking with the pirated version is because I want to preserve my personal saves. I encountered an issue while trying to play my usual game, requiring me to log in. Upon logging in with my regular email, I noticed that no games were visible. I attempted to access the game through Epic Games, but was prompted to link my Ubisoft account instead. Hello Ubisoft, I am reaching out because I am frustrated about receiving a ban from ranked and unranked matches when I lost connection. I waited for the ban to lift, came back to play, and was banned again due to losing connection during a game where I carried my team. As a dedicated player, I simply want to enjoy the game without these bans affecting me, especially when network issues are a recurring problem. Please consider revising the banning system or implementing a way for players to dispute these situations in-game. I am experiencing difficulty launching the game and inviting others to play without getting stuck in the squad creation process.
