I entered my address as 18 Labuan Rd, Holsworthy, at the domestic airport. When I proceeded, it prompted me to update my credit card. Rushing to the pick-up spot, I accidentally entered my card details twice, with the second attempt going through. The driver kindly started the journey but realized the destination showed as Homebush instead of Holsworthy. After stopping to correct it in the app, it repeatedly switched between Holsworthy and Homebush. The fare should have been $49 or $59, but I was charged $[redacted]. Please refund the overcharged amount and resolve this issue promptly.

On Tuesday, 22nd November, I made a taxi booking for a cost of £9.00 from Atlantic Street, Altrincham for a pick-up at 17.02pm. The app initially showed a 10-minute wait, which quickly decreased to 3 minutes, and the taxi arrived at approximately 17.15pm. The first drop-off at my home was around 17.35pm, followed by subsequent drop-offs at 17.55pm and 18.13pm. Despite the driver being just 2 minutes away on the app for an extended period, my ride was unexpectedly canceled around 18.00, and I was charged a £5.10 cancellation fee. I did not cancel the ride myself. Additionally, I was prompted to rate a driver who never arrived. As a female customer waiting alone for an hour for a taxi that was canceled without my consent, it was frustrating. I kindly request a refund for this experience.

During my recent visit to Spanish Wells, Bahamas, I discovered six unauthorized charges on my debit card, all related to Uber rides. The transactions, totaling $[redacted].46, occurred on November 28th. Strangely, these charges do not appear on my Uber app, despite my last legitimate Uber activity being in Florida back in April [redacted]. After renting a golf cart on the island, we did not use Uber for transportation. These suspicious charges popped up immediately following an ATM transaction in Spanish Wells. I have already taken the necessary step of canceling my debit card. My bank advised me to reach out to Uber before disputing these charges. Living in rural Arkansas, where Uber isn't available, this situation is concerning to me. Any guidance on what my next course of action should be would be greatly appreciated.

I booked a mobility assist UBER from London to Stansted Airport yesterday. The quoted price was £[redacted].79. However, the driver did not have the required training for mobility assistance and lacked sensitivity towards our needs. He was unfamiliar with the airport's mobility check-in location and did not assist with luggage or entry/exit from the car. After the initial reservation charge of £[redacted].79, additional charges of £[redacted].23 and £49.44 were attempted, resulting in pending transactions on my bank account. The sudden increase of 50% from the quoted price is concerning, especially given the subpar service received. I am puzzled by the excessive charges and seek clarification. I would like the £[redacted].23 and £49.44 charges reversed, and the original £[redacted].79 fee processed as expected.

I requested a ride from Montecasino to Cosmo City, the fare was R97. I paid using card payment, and the funds were deducted from my account before the driver arrived to pick me up. The driver said he couldn't pick me up, even though I informed him I had groceries. He canceled the trip after 5 minutes, and I was charged a R12 cancellation fee. I disputed the charge and received it back in my wallet. However, the R97 that was deducted from my account has not been refunded yet. I have tried reaching out to Uber through the app, but they only mention the R12 fee. I would like my refund of R97 that was deducted when the driver accepted my ride.

Yesterday, I was charged three times by Uber for the same ride my mother took in Hallandale, Florida. The driver, Carlos, provided the service. While the email receipt stated $10.93, my American Express account shows charges of $10.92, $10.92, and $10.93 for the same trip. This recurring issue is frustrating as a regular Uber customer, and I'm disappointed by the lack of telephone support for resolving payment problems.

I am experiencing difficulty canceling my "Uber Pass" subscription as instructed on the website. The steps provided after logging in require tapping the profile, where I should see a drop-down menu for unsubscribing. However, my drop-down menu only displays my name, the option to log out, and messages. I haven't used any rideshare services since May [redacted], yet I continue to be billed $9.99 monthly. This charge persists even when I update my card information, which seems to be against the law if the unsubscribe process is misleading.

I recently took an Uber ride at around 1pm from Miami Beach, specifically from [redacted] Collins Ave to NE 14th St and Biscayne Blvd, which is close to 1 Herald Plaza. However, I noticed that I was overcharged by around $40, whereas a taxi ride back only cost me $18. I have always relied on Uber for its affordability compared to taxis, which is why I am reaching out about this issue. I would appreciate it if the excess charge could be refunded. You can reach me via email at [redacted], or by phone at [redacted], as I am not very tech-savvy. Thank you.

On November 2nd, I, Lavera A., had requested transportation to an event on November 18th at 7:00 PM from [redacted] Creekwood North. The service provider connected me with Gogo Grandparents, a service I was unfamiliar with. Unfortunately, the first driver canceled, and the second Lyft driver arrived late, causing me to miss part of the event. I was charged $53.49 for one leg of the trip. The experience was unsatisfactory, and I am requesting a refund due to the inconvenience. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and will not be using this service in the future. My confirmation number is [redacted]. Thank you for assisting me.

Hello, I accidentally left my Samsung 22 Ultra in my Uber at Pearls Gate, Doha, Qatar tonight, December 2nd. My name is A.S. Martin Malroux, and my phone number is +[redacted]7. I reside in Tower 28, apartment [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have no means to contact the driver directly because my phone is locked for security reasons. The driver picked me up at the French Embassy in the Diplomatic Quarters and was taking me home to Tower 28 at The Pearl Gate in Doha. Due to heavy traffic related to the World Cup, we agreed that I would end the ride at Tower 18 and walk the rest of the way. In my rush, I left my phone in the car. Please assist me in reaching out to the driver. Thank you. Best regards.

While in Oahu, Hawaii on December 1st, I booked a pickup at Hale Koa Hotel. Unfortunately, I used my laptop which was set to Central Time, causing some confusion. The pickup was meant to be at Midway Sia Street near Barbers Point. Initially, the drivers were calling for pickups costing $[redacted], and I explained the misunderstanding. However, after some confusion with drivers falling asleep and rescheduling, I ended up being charged $[redacted] instead of $[redacted]. Despite multiple attempts to clarify, the issue persisted with more drivers calling and attempting pickups. Frustratingly, a driver charged me the full amount of $[redacted] for a ride that wasn't taken. Due to the time mix-up, I had to wait outside the locked gate early in the morning. Upon returning home, I discovered that three drivers had reported me as a no-show, leading to charges totaling $[redacted] on my credit card. I am unable to cancel the charges as my phone had died, leaving me reliant on my laptop which was displaying the wrong time zone. Assistance or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My boyfriend arranged an Uber for me to go to work, but when I arrived, I found out I wasn't needed that day. I returned home only to realize I left my bag of snacks in the Uber. I've been trying to get in touch with them through my boyfriend, but they're not responding. I'm feeling upset and unsure about what to do. I just really want my bag of snacks back.

I recently noticed three charges on my bill from Uber Eats on 11-8-22 by George W Griffith Visa Card ending in [redacted]. The charges are for $20.45, $2.69, and $3.00. These transactions were not made by anyone in my family, and this is my personal credit card. I kindly request assistance in identifying who placed these orders and where they were delivered. I plan to address this matter with my credit card company and may involve law enforcement if needed. Thank you, George

I accidentally left my phone in an Uber on December 1st, [redacted]. The trip was from Utkarsha Mandal Hall to Shrikrishna Nagar Post Office in Borivali East, starting around 3:50 pm and ending around 4:40 pm. I reported the incident through Uber's help desk using my friend's phone and also submitted a complaint online. However, I have not received any response from Uber yet. I have also registered a complaint at the police station. My phone was ringing until around 8:30 pm and then was turned off. Please assist me in locating my mobile device.

Dear Uber Support Team, My name is Sankar S. and I reside in Ernakulam, Kochi - [redacted]. This morning, at approximately 11:30 AM on 05-12-[redacted], I booked a trip with Uber from my residence near Lakshmi Hospital to Renai Medicity Hospital located near Palarivattom. Upon booking, the trip fare to Renai Medicity Hospital was displayed as Rs. [redacted] from my location, prompting me to proceed with the booking. However, upon arrival at the hospital, the driver informed me that the fare was actually Rs. [redacted], which was Rs. 59 more than the initial amount shown on the Uber App. Consequently, I paid the driver Rs. [redacted], being Rs. 59 more than the app's initial fare display. I am seeking clarification as to why there was a discrepancy of Rs. 59 for the ride. If the difference had been within a range of Rs. 10-20, I would not be reaching out regarding this matter. I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you, Sankar S. Mobile: 90 20 93 65 83

Hello! I noticed that my driver completed the trip 1.5 hours after I had already left the car and arrived home. I became aware of this when I received a bank notification about a blocked payment for the extended duration. The trip, which was only 12 km, somehow lasted 2.5 hours, resulting in a higher fare. To add to the confusion, the destination address was incorrect. Originally set for Sergiya Kolosa 1, Kyiv, I actually intended to go to Sergiya Kolosa 19, Kyiv. What could be the cause of this issue?

On December 1, [redacted], around 1 pm, I booked an Uber at Pancress Railroad in London to 8 Hester Road, Albion Riverside Building. Unfortunately, the driver did not clarify which specific 8 Hester Road I needed, leading to a 1-hour drive to the wrong location. The driver then requested payment of $40.74 euros to drop us there, citing another appointment. After a new driver was arranged to the correct location A21 Albion Riverside Building, I had to pay an additional $70.67 euros, totaling $[redacted].41 euros ($[redacted].03 US) due to the driver's assumption of the address and unprofessional behavior. I am requesting a revised bill and explanation for this incident. I would appreciate your prompt attention and resolution of this matter. Please contact me by email if needed. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Edik C.

I did not authorize Uber to deduct payments from my account. Please contact me urgently at [redacted] or via email. I will reach out to my bank, TD Bank, as this might have been approved by my caregiver without my consent. Kindly refund all Uber charges debited from my account. I find the charges unwarranted and request an immediate refund; otherwise, I will escalate this issue to the BBB. Being a senior citizen with disabilities, your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Transportation in my home is an issue currently. Last night, I arranged for an Uber for my roommate to get food for his family. Unfortunately, my roommate forgot his wallet in the rush. The driver returned him home but refused to complete the trip, stating he had another passenger. I was still charged for this incomplete ride. After talking to Pawan, I received a partial refund, which was appreciated, but I believe a full refund is warranted. I find it unfair that despite the driver's failure to fulfill the ride, I am still being held responsible for the cost.

I have been using UBER taxi service for the past 6-7 years. I am based in Dubai, UAE, and rely on UBER for transportation in Indian cities such as Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Lately, I have encountered issues where I was charged for rides that I did not take or authorize. Despite my attempts to address these discrepancies through the UBER app, I have not received the necessary support or resolution. The company's behavior of forcing customers to pay for unauthorized rides is concerning, and I felt compelled to reach out for assistance. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Rajni C Shah
