use m.uber.com ... I'm having trouble getting UBER's Mobile web site to work. I get errors when selecting a ride. M.Uber.Com. **If I contact customer service they answer as if whatever preselected question I select is my issue and copy paste a response to that, rather than the issue I state above. You don't have an 'Other' category when filling out their contact us form.**Also they are unaware of what mobile website client*server version of the software means, they think their is only an app.**For those that do skim what might comment relates. to everyone else just responds. with we checked your account and their is no problem with your account at this time. Just same random response. I can't get a technical human to read and respond.

need speak to a technical person who understands they have a mobile website version of the app, who is technical logical type of person, not a customer support person who do not tend to understand or respond to anything related to computers or technical issues.
I've contacted a very very long time ago about m.uber.com and was given impression that very very very years ago long time ago, that you needed to request for someone behind the scenes to enable for you to use m.uber.com or it would not work. I was hoping to talk to someone who knows if that is still correct and enable my access or troubleshoot the issue with my browser for me.
