I am experiencing difficulties paying my bill as I don't have a phone for communication. Despite sending a money order on 11/24, I received a cancellation notice on 12/4 due to delayed processing. Urgently needing an alternative payment method, I seek to avoid policy cancellation over a small amount of $14.93. Could a Western Union payment be arranged promptly or could another cash payment option be provided by USAA? Prompt response requested, as overnighting a payment to meet the deadline may prove futile given past delays. Coordination via Zoom is feasible if necessary. Kindly assist promptly. Regards, Paul C. I have been trying to contact USAA Bank for literally 2 weeks. I am recovering from COVID-19, but last month, a lifelong friend asked me to deposit a $2,[redacted] check because he didn't have a bank account. Trusting him, I deposited it by taking a photo, only to find out later it was fraudulent. USAA bank took out over $1,[redacted] from my account, which now has a negative balance, freezing my access to online banking. This has caused severe hardship as it's our only income source. I have tried contacting the bank for two weeks, but I get put on hold for 2 to 3 hours each time. I have screenshots to prove this, but I had no knowledge the check was a scam, and my friend was also unaware. I desperately need assistance. Thank you and God bless.

I recently discovered fraudulent charges on my account after being reassured by two representatives that it was frozen. However, upon checking today, I found that not only was my account unfrozen, but my VA benefits were deposited as well. Todd informed me on Dec **th that my benefits would be returned to the VA until the fraud issue was resolved. Now, I am facing a loss of $[redacted], with bills pending, despite being told this wouldn't occur. Despite numerous attempts to contact USAA, I have received no response and been disconnected after long hold times. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, as my account was unfrozen without my knowledge, resulting in the loss of my disability benefits.

A friend I've known for 20 years gave me a check for $2,[redacted], asking me to cash it since he didn't have a bank account. Unaware that it was fraudulent, I deposited the check. He received it for an online survey without realizing it was a scam. Unfortunately, over $1,[redacted] was withdrawn from my bank account, with $[redacted] taken via a cash app which I don't even have. I'm seeking reimbursement for this loss as it has caused hardship for my family. I had no idea about the fraudulent nature of the check or the scam involved. Thank you and God bless.

We are yet to receive an updated declaration page with the new mortgage clause details as follows: Replace Wells Fargo with: GUARDIAN SAVINGS BANK ISAOA [redacted] Blue Rock Rd Cincinnati, OH [redacted] Kindly remove 2nd mortgagee: Heritage Bank. I attempted to contact [redacted] for assistance with updating the mortgage clause, but the prompt to do so resulted in a call disconnection.

I would like to report an incident that occurred on December 31, [redacted], which resulted in damage to my car. The individual involved refused to communicate with me and instructed me to contact their insurance company instead. I attempted to report the incident through the online portal, but the message I received was vague regarding whether a report was actually initiated. It has been a month, and I have not received any further communication, despite providing my contact details. Please assist me with this matter. I need assistance with my rental car. I spoke with a USAA insurance adjuster who promised the car would be returned last week but it hasn't been done yet. This situation has been dragging on, and as a member, I believe the insurance company should take responsibility and make things right. I rely on my car to get to work and support my family, so I urge you to contact Enterprise regarding the rental car extension. The adjuster I spoke to assured me today that the rental would be extended until our car is sorted out, along with the settlement. Thank you for your help.

Recently, there have been changes to the automated entry system, making it more secure but also more challenging for me to access my accounts due to my limited knowledge of electronic banking. I have accidentally been locked out of my accounts for the past four days after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. I have requested USAA several times to raise my credit limit over $[redacted]. Despite my yearly income of over $[redacted],[redacted], my requests were denied. I ended up canceling the card and paid off the balance, which triggered multiple "Please reconsider" messages. After relocating to Ghana, I started receiving mail from USAA at my US address with checks enclosed. When I contacted them from Ghana, they claimed I didn't have an account with them. Recently, I received a letter addressed to "Airman R." (a title I haven't held in 48 years) mentioning an unpaid balance of $30. I haven't had the card for 8 months, so I'm puzzled by this outstanding bill. USAA is now questioning the change in my mailing address. How do I stop these communications? Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account as it seems to be locked. The current wait time for assistance on the customer service line is extensive, despite the claims of excellent service on the website. I have been unable to connect with a representative to rectify this issue. Previously, I received text notifications on my phone for charge verifications, which worked well for me. However, during a recent incident at the grocery store with a substantial amount in my account, this feature was missed. I am willing to forego fraud protection if necessary and handle the monitoring personally. I did provide a travel notice indicating a departure on March 31, but there may have been a mistake with the date. Urgently, I require access to my account by March 3. I am hopeful that SAA can assist promptly.

Last night, I received emails notifying me that my credit cards, debit cards, and account had been disabled. When attempting to log in, I found my account disabled as well. After a frustrating experience on the phone last night, being transferred multiple times and waiting for over 2 hours and 37 minutes only to realize the department I needed was closed, I called back today. Despite my plea to avoid long transfers, I have been on hold for 2 hours and 4 minutes and still waiting. Additionally, after calling on another phone, I have been on hold for 30 minutes with no luck. The situation is incredibly distressing and unacceptable. I am fearful as I have spent over 4.5 hours trying to resolve this issue and reach someone at USAA. With no access to my funds, I urgently need assistance to understand and address this matter.

I am stationed in Korea currently and have been trying to reactivate my ATM debit card for two days as the fraud department suspended it. Despite my attempts to call, the department seems to be closed each time. When I opened my accounts with USAA, I believed it was a 24/7 online bank, so I am disappointed that some departments are not available round the clock. This is the second major occasion where I needed assistance urgently but could not access it. If you boast being a 24/7 bank, please ensure all services are available throughout. As a loyal member for 11 years, I am contemplating switching my business to Navy Federal as I expect better reliability from this company.

My renter's insurance with USAA is scheduled for the 24th. Unfortunately, my cell service is currently down, which is hindering the verification through your messaging service. Regrettably, Tracfone's disruptions are widespread, and the issue persists. I have consistently paid online for years but was unaware of the new exclusive messaging model. It lacks an alternate method for online payments. I am willing to explore alternative payment options if these issues persist. I am currently in the Philippines and experiencing repeated issues with USAA's payment processing and two-step verification. My checking account has been locked for over a month. I visited USAA to verify and uploaded my ID, but your server keeps being unavailable. While I managed to send the pictures, no one has reached out to me. When I followed up, I was informed they hadn't received my pictures. I urgently need access to my account and to register for online access, as I am currently without any funds. I have been living in Mexico for more than 15 years without encountering such an issue before. My debit card is unusable due to the restrictions on my account. Each time I call, I am told they cannot access my account. I created a password years ago but don't recall it, as I never used it. Could you provide an email address where I can send my ID pictures, considering the ongoing server issues? I hope for swift assistance as I am puzzled by the lack of resolution. Hello! I have a question regarding sending $[redacted] to my son in California using USAA after my Social Security Direct Deposit. I am currently in the Philippines, so I do not have a U.S. mobile phone number. Given that I have a basic phone and cannot use Zelle, can I use Bill Payment to send the money to my son? Will the $[redacted] be sent as a paper check to his home address? I have his bank's routing and account numbers, which I entered on the USAA Bill Payment form. Should I keep these numbers there or remove them since I am mailing a check? What fees does USAA charge for this service? Thank you.

I have spent about an hour going back and forth between Bank of America (BoA) and USAA trying to understand the email dated 8/9/22 that was attached to my message. We finalized our mortgage payment on 2/25/[redacted]. Before that, BoA handled our annual property taxes and homeowners insurance premium payments. Based on the email, it appears that you sent $[redacted].30 to BoA on 8/8 for the annual homeowners premium, which is unnecessary now that our mortgage is paid off. You are requesting BoA to refund this premium amount. BoA claims they didn't receive this payment and seemed unaware of the situation. After speaking with both your Banking and Mortgage representatives, I was unable to get clarification. I am hoping you or someone you assign can explain the purpose of your message. We currently make combined monthly payments for our homeowners and auto insurance. I am eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you. P.D. White I'm not sure how to attach your email to this issue. On Friday 9/9, my vehicle stalled on a busy residential street, and after Roadside Assistance assigned me a flatbed through their partner Agero, complications arose. The first tow operator and a subsequent tow company both cancelled on me. Finally, a third tow company was assigned but mentioned they needed more information from USAA before dispatching the flatbed. Frustratingly, 3.5 hours passed with no resolution, leading me to secure the vehicle and walk home. Unfortunately, the lack of human contact and reliance on automated systems made it challenging to resolve the issue promptly. The Ford F350 pickup requiring a larger flatbed may have contributed to the delays experienced, as the first two tow companies might have been ill-equipped for such a vehicle.

I purchased a condo on April 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, this past Sunday or Monday, there was a water backup from the sink drain onto my recently installed kitchen floor, which has waterproof flooring. The water seems to have seeped underneath, possibly from where the dishwasher is located. Since I am not residing in the condo yet, I am unsure exactly when the incident occurred, but it was sometime between Saturday afternoon and early Monday morning on December 5th.
