I have had three packages go missing recently. The first was supposed to be delivered on Dec 5, the second on Dec 6, and the third was scheduled for today. The first two packages arrived while I was at work, and I initially suspected my neighbor took them. Today, when I was home, I eagerly awaited the delivery notification to go check on the package. Upon receiving the notification, I went downstairs promptly, but this time it was not my neighbor taking the package. I saw the USPS delivery person, but I couldn't locate where they left the package. It's possible they are delivering to the wrong address, or there might be some confusion with the mail delivery. I am eager to resolve this issue and ensure that the packages are delivered to the correct address in my apartment building.

Despite being told that USPS would address this, no one has shown up to install the lock. An initial contact assured me that the issue was reported to the local USPS office, but no further action has been taken. My employer's company has been attempting to update our address with USPS for nearly a month. Despite providing our correct address, the company has not made the change. I have been missing a package since December 1 that was supposed to be delivered to my business. The tracking number indicates that it was delivered, but since I don't have a mailbox, it should have been held at the branch office. Despite the auto attendant message indicating my package is ready for pickup at the [redacted] post office since yesterday, I was informed upon arrival that they have not sorted it out yet. Not receiving any delivery attempt notice, I had to track down the seller for this information. Contacting customer service has been a nightmare as I strive to speak to a representative to address the delayed delivery. I refuse to come the day before Christmas Eve on a weekday to pick up my gift once it's located. I am seeking prompt resolution and demand to speak with someone today.

I receive a prescription for a controlled substance quarterly from Purdy Cost Less in Gig Harbor, WA. Due to its status, I'm supposed to pay a fee for it to be signed by me upon delivery. However, it is usually left in my mailbox, which poses a security risk given the nature of the medication. I strongly urge for the package to be handed to me in person as it is a service I am paying for. Leaving it in the easily accessible mailbox on Woodland Dr. could lead to theft. The responsibility for the security of this controlled substance lies with the company and its carriers, not with me. I have raised this issue before, and although it was addressed once, it continues to be a problem. I kindly request that this is rectified promptly to avoid any potential consequences. I scheduled a package delivery with Amazon for Monday, but it never arrived despite a promise of an attempt on Tuesday. After reaching out to Amazon, they informed me that USPS got involved. I've input my tracking code into their IVR system several times, but it keeps showing as invalid. Despite paying $3 for redelivery to the correct address, I continue to receive messages about delivery failures due to an incorrect address. The IVR system has been incredibly frustrating for me, even though I used to assist call centers in setting up similar systems. I am now stuck in an unhelpful online cycle and just need to speak with a real person to resolve this package issue.

I had arranged a pickup time with USPS for a package, but the delivery person mistakenly took a package that wasn't mine. I have been trying to contact my local post office in Burnsville, NC for two hours without success. As a homebound disabled individual living alone, I need assistance in getting my package back. Good evening, A package was delivered to my home at [redacted] Gano St., Houston, TX [redacted] on Saturday, December 10, [redacted], by the US Postal Service around 3:53 pm. I have signs on my gate requesting all packages to be placed inside the big trash bin to prevent my pets or other animals from destroying them. Despite the posted signs, the package containing two cordless breast pumps and pads from MOMCOZY was not placed inside the bin and got damaged. I spoke with Ms. Johnetta P. Ferguson from the Houston USPS office on Thursday, December 15, [redacted], at 4:48 pm to report this issue. I provided her with the order summary of the breast pumps, the total amount, as well as pictures and videos of the delivery. These signs have been effective for years, but this incident has caused distress as the breast pumps were a gift for my pregnant daughter who is due soon. In August, I moved and requested a change of address for my mail to be forwarded for 6 months, paying extra for the service. However, in December, several individuals tried mailing me at my old address, and their letters were returned. I reside at Coal River Apartments in Bloomingrose, West Virginia, and we are having issues with our mail delivery. The mail carrier frequently skips delivering our mail and packages, causing delays and missing items. I have had issues with receiving items I ordered online from vendors like eBay. Despite the vendors claiming the items were delivered, I never received them in my mailbox or neighborhood. When contacting the customer service at Buttons Texas post office, I only received empty responses. It is frustrating that there is no local contact person to speak with directly. I have had to send multiple emails before any action was taken. I am concerned that there may be some kind of theft ring in Texas involving stolen goods being sold at garage sales. This situation has occurred in two different towns I have lived in Texas, making me suspicious of corruption within the state government. It seems like a serious problem that law enforcement, such as the FBI, should investigate to prevent this from happening to others.

I moved into our apartment building first, followed by Carol. All of my mail reaches me, but Carol is only receiving some of hers. I've tried seeking assistance at the location where carriers start their routes ([redacted]), but with no success. The mailbox setup has mail filled in from the front, and my label (Davtd Rupp) is located near the front inside the box. However, there is no label for Carol John. This missing label could be causing the issue, or it might be just a part of the problem. We've been facing this issue for months now and would appreciate any help in resolving it. I am experiencing difficulties with your customer service phone numbers ([redacted] and [redacted]). Every time I checked the status of my package, I received a recorded message without an option to connect to a live representative. The tracking information indicates the package was forwarded to a different address due to either forwarding instructions or incorrect address or ZIP code on the label. I am eager to know why the package was forwarded and the specific address it was sent to. It is frustrating that I cannot reach a live agent over the phone to address this issue.

The mail carrier consistently places mail from multiple neighbors in our mailbox, a daily issue. I have kindly delivered packages to the rightful owners but find it tiresome. Today, an open and empty packet with a different recipient's name and address was left, along with a note claiming it arrived this way. I refused the package and will reiterate the incorrect delivery with a note. Despite contacting both local and national USPS numbers, I have not reached a human for assistance. Another concern is receiving mail for a past resident, with recent BCBS information being delivered. This issue of receiving spam mail has persisted for months. I seek guidance on how to report this fraudulent situation, as the individuals associated with the mail no longer reside here.
