I believe my package is missing because you did not have my full address from my Macy's order. I always include my correct apartment number for proper delivery. The UPS tracking notes indicate an attempt to update the address, but no one has contacted me or visited my address. I did not refuse any package, and there seems to have been a mistake in the delivery process. The correct tracking number for the missing package is 1ZA0T577YW[redacted]3. I ordered my medication from OptumRx in California, my usual drug store. The package was supposed to arrive at my address, [redacted] Lynn Street, Xenia, Ohio [redacted], today. However, it was mistakenly sent to Fayetteville, Ohio. In the past, I received another package in Reesville, Ohio, but my sister picked it up for me. I am experiencing this issue for the first time and would like to know why my medication hasn't been delivered. I wonder if they can resend it to my correct address. Thank you, Kristi H.

I ordered personal checks, and I received an email at 4:14 PM stating they were delivered to my front porch. Despite being home and seeing the UPS truck pass by, the package was not left at my house. These checks are essential for my checking account, and I'm concerned someone now has access to [redacted] of my checks. I opted for UPS delivery as Deluxe Corporation recommended it as the safest method, even paying an extra $28.00 for it. It seems the driver overlooked the address on my clearly marked home. If my checks are misused, I want to be compensated. However, each time I try to file a claim, I receive an error message informing me that the claim cannot be submitted at this time. Without access to my bank until Monday, the situation leaves me vulnerable for two days. I'm seeking resolution and urgently need assistance.

I recently returned a handbag to Brahmin Handbags through my local UPS store in Zephyrhills. Brahmin contacted me to say that the box I sent contained a pair of sneakers instead of the handbag. However, I am certain that I returned the handbag as it was still in its original packaging when I sent it back. I checked the bag when I first received it and then sealed it back in the box before returning it. Brahmin provided a photo of the sneakers, but I don't recognize them as something I own. It seems like there might have been a mix-up with the labels. Brahmin is refusing to issue a refund, so I am looking to file a claim with UPS.

I received a notification that a package was delivered to my front door on 11/8/22. Usually, there is a photo of the package, but this time there wasn't one. When I tried to track the package, using the tracking number 1Z5X[redacted][redacted], I couldn't identify the sender. I called the provided number and was instructed to check online since the automated system couldn't connect me with a customer service representative. Unfortunately, even online I couldn't get the information I needed. Can someone please assist me in determining who sent the package and what the delivery driver has to say about it? Hi, my name is Matt R. I reside at [redacted] Quincy Court, Alton, Illinois, ZIP code [redacted]. My package ID number is 1Z8FY [redacted]-[redacted]. The tracking information shows that the package was delivered at 3:14 p.m. at my front door. However, upon checking, I did not receive the package. It seems like it was delivered to the wrong house. The package is a mid-sized cardboard box containing an electric oil-filled heater purchased from eBay. I am concerned about the incorrect delivery and would like assistance in locating my package. I have a gate with a call box for deliveries to two addresses behind it. Despite my efforts setting up the gate code with your drivers, they continue to leave packages outside, exposed to the rain and ruining them. I have witnessed the driver neglecting to use the gate code even though it was set up correctly according to my long-standing address notes. This issue has only arisen since a new driver started delivering to my location. It is frustrating to have my packages mishandled in this manner, and I would appreciate it if the driver could utilize the gate code or deliver the items directly to my door to prevent any further damage.

I placed an order for the Apple Watch Series 7 through the "My Verizon" app and it was billed to my Verizon wireless phone plan. The product was shipped on 11/10/[redacted] with a 2-day delivery expected on 11/14/[redacted] due to Veterans Day. Tracking showed the package in Little Rock, Arkansas on 11/11/[redacted], but there have been no further updates since. The estimated delivery on 11/14/[redacted] was missed, and as of November 15, [redacted], the package still hadn't arrived. UPS tracking indicated no delivery date available. I filed a claim due to the lack of updates and unhelpful UPS customer service. Checking today (11/18/[redacted]), the status remains the same. I tried contacting UPS and Verizon customer service for assistance but have not received any new information regarding the delayed delivery.

On Monday, 11/14/22, I dropped off a package for delivery at the local location. When I tracked the package on Wednesday, 11/16/22, using tracking number 1Z26294V[redacted], it indicated that it was en route and should be delivered by 7:00 pm on 11/17/22. However, when the recipient called me on the delivery date, I checked the tracking on ups.com and found that there was no information available for the package. I contacted the local drop-off location, and they mentioned that packages are usually picked up by 10 am daily. Despite my attempts to contact customer support, I wasn't able to speak to an agent directly. The issue I am facing is the tracking status changing from out for delivery to no information the next day, causing confusion. The automated customer line even indicated that the package had not been picked up yet, which I know is incorrect. As the package contains a medical device, I urgently need to locate it. I shipped a perishable package via 2-day air service. Before sending it, I called to ensure it would reach the destination by 8:00 pm on Friday, the 18th. Upon tracking the shipment, I discovered inconsistencies in the information provided. Despite delivering the package to the Juneau, Alaska depot ahead of schedule, it appears that the item was not shipped according to the agreed-upon timeline. Additionally, there are concerns about whether the perishable item was stored properly. Originally promised Friday delivery, I am now informed that it won't arrive until Tuesday, the 22nd. I dropped off a package at UPS Store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Spring Cypress Rd., Ste C, Cypress, TX. The store informed me that once UPS picks up the package, they are no longer responsible for it. The drop-off package receipt tracking number is 1ZR7R[redacted][redacted] for UPS Ground, dropped off on Fri 28 Oct [redacted] at 11:03 am. The package contained a Shoe Box of Easy Street Women's shoes in size 9. I noticed an error on the website showing the label was created on 10/26/[redacted], when in fact, I dropped the shoes off at the UPS store on 10/28. Amazon initiated a return and credited my credit card, but then reversed the credit and re-charged me on 11/25/[redacted], claiming they did not receive the package. The UPS store refuses to take responsibility, and UPS Customer Service offers no assistance beyond directing me to their website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, J. Walker.

This morning, I visited UPS on Preston Rd in Plano, TX to have a document (certificate of existence for my pension) notarized, and unfortunately, the notary there, Jeff Strominger, refused to notarize it. This has been an ongoing issue for me every year for the past 7 years. Despite explaining my situation to him, he still declined to assist me, citing restrictions from a website. As a result, I had to go to my bank to have it notarized. UPS should consider evaluating the competence and qualifications of their staff to prevent such incidents in the future.

I recently had a package flagged as "delivery attempted" by UPS, which claimed I was not available, but after reviewing my security cameras, no UPS truck came by between noon and 5 p.m. as they stated. It's frustrating because in the past, they usually leave packages on my porch if I'm not home. This situation makes me doubt the accuracy of their delivery attempts. It's disappointing that UPS seems to be failing at the basic task of delivering packages.

I received 2 packages from UPS that were not meant for us. They are addressed to Andy Gosnel at [redacted] N. Green St., Grand Saline, TX [redacted]. The packages have been in our office for weeks and we would like to return them to the rightful owners. I tried calling Andy Gosnel, but the number was disconnected. The delivery driver arrived at my residence but stayed inside the truck due to my two Goldendoodles. Instead of placing the package in the designated box by the front door, he dangled it in front of my dogs through the window and then tossed it onto the driveway. Unfortunately, my dogs grabbed the package and damaged the sweater inside. I have placed a new order for the sweater, but I am requesting a refund for the ruined item and compensation for the inconvenience caused by the driver's behavior towards my pets. My Goldendoodles are friendly and only bark, they don't bite. Other delivery drivers have successfully interacted with them by offering treats and playing with them without any issues.

Tracking number 1Z4916A0DA[redacted]3 is associated with my package. I recently added the apartment number, 6H, to my address after UPS's first delivery attempt. The address change was made on Nov 30th at 9AM. Since then, the tracking information has only shown "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I haven't received any notification to redirect the delivery to a UPS location near my zip code, [redacted]. I want to ensure that the address is updated correctly and also find out the expected delivery date for my package.

I am currently awaiting the arrival of an international shipment with tracking number 1Z4916A0DA[redacted]3. The initial delivery attempt by UPS on November 29th was unsuccessful due to the apartment number being omitted. I promptly rectified this by updating the address on the UPS website on November 30th at 9AM. Despite my efforts, as of December 3rd at 10AM, there have been no updates on the shipment status besides a message on the UPS website indicating that the delivery date will be provided soon. My package was scheduled for delivery on 11/28 but got moved up to 11/25. When I redirected it to UPS Store #[redacted], the UPS website showed it needed further instructions on 11/26 because the store was full. After several failed attempts to pick it up, I contacted UPS, and they filed a claim due to the package not being found. While waiting for resolution, I changed the delivery location. The notice on ups.com kept changing, indicating multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts. Suddenly, the package status was updated as "returned to sender" despite it supposed to be held until 12/6. Trying to contact UPS proved difficult, leading to frustration and wasted time. I reached out to Google to address the issue and hopefully get a replacement. This ordeal has dragged on for a week now.
