I called last year to ask that a phone be disabled. I don't have the number. I'm still paying for the cost of this phone and would like to know when it will be paid off. A second issue I'd like to know is why is it that I receive "missed calls" from this phone when it is supposed to have been disabled.
GetHuman-bettijov did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
