Recently, we changed Television service from Dish to Comcast. In doing so we were told by Dish to return their equipment by UPS. This included a DVR and two other cable boxes. These items were boxed and sent via UPS. BY MISTAKE, we sent the items to T-MOBILE instead of Dish. We pulled a T-Mobile Return Order Number - SCJFZ**PUS, and the return order date was **********. The UPS Tracking Number is *Z*E**E***********. The return authorization slip is: IMEI - *************** and the Descriptions is NOK *G** GATEWAY GRY KIT. Original Order Number is SCJFZ**PUS. The Package * Packing List is - SKU Number is ************. Description - NOK *G** GATEWAY GRY KIT. All of the above information was contained in or on the UPS Packing Slip. Again, this package was sent to T-MOBILE by MISTAKE. The package was delivered to and RECEIVED by T-MOBILE on **********, Monday, *:** a.m. to the Dock at your FORT WORTH, TEXAS facility.**We talked with several T-Mobile customer service representatives and Supervisors, in June, July, August, and September. They assured us they were searching for our package in June, however, in August we were told no request had been made to locate the package. *All failed to call us back. We finally contacted a Supervisor named TONY who read all of the previous contact calls we made and then told us there was nothing more they could do even after us assuring all that it was our mistake and we would pay for shipping back to our address. We have all the shipping information and evidence available**DISH has since charged us $***.** for the missing equipment.**T-MOBILE has our property in Fort Worth, Texas, and we want it back. We have been T-MOBILE customers for some time and want to be treated with fairness and respect. Take the time to find our property or pay us the amount DISH has charged us. Keeping our property is tantamount to theft, and customer should not be treated in such a manner.
