I am seeking direct assistance regarding my case. This is the third email stating that the case was closed due to not responding within three days, but I never received any request for information. I have been locked out of my account for over a month and urgently need access to my funds. I possess my cash card and identification card which I am willing to provide, including my social security number. I have complied with all requests previously made by the cash support team and can furnish all previous communication for reference. I am unsure why I am still unable to regain access to my old Cash App account. Thank you.

I need help with my Cash App account, $woodwhit3. I've been scammed twice by two women claiming legal and homelessness issues. I received a refund before, but there are two $50 payments I didn't agree to. I tried to cancel them and spoke to Cash App support, but I'm upset. One of the scammers is claiming to be a victim but is actually a prostitute, harassing me for money. My name is Richard Blanton, and my Cash App tag is hollow. I experienced a robbery at gunpoint. The thieves took my phone, which gives them access to my Cash App. I can't create a new account as my Direct deposit goes to this one. On November 23rd, I placed a $38.40 order at Denny's. After waiting for 3 hours with no food delivered, I canceled the order. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my refund. I contacted the store, but the manager was unhelpful and rude. DoorDash didn't assist me either and seemed to discriminate against me. When I reached out to Cash App support, they were also unhelpful and lacking in knowledge. I feel exhausted, neglected, discriminated against, and deceived. As a loyal customer, I find this situation completely unacceptable. It has been 3 weeks of patience, and I am extremely frustrated with this ordeal.

I received a Cash App debit card in the mail for an account I didn't open, indicating my personal information has been compromised. I suspect someone used my details to create this fraudulent account. My main request is for Cash App to acknowledge the unauthorized account and promptly close it. Despite attempting to contact their customer support line, I only encountered a message stating high call volumes with no option to hold. Their website directs users to reach out through the app, which I cannot access since I did not create the account. I took the initiative to email a customer service manager and two executives at Square, unfortunately receiving no response thus far. It is disheartening to see numerous complaints online about fraud associated with Cash App accounts, with many expressing frustration over the challenges in communicating with the company.

Yesterday, my account got blocked for 24 hours due to suspicious activity involving people I regularly send money to. Despite explaining my situation as I urgently needed the funds, I couldn't access my account. A friend accidentally sent me money, and when I tried to send it back to her, my account was blocked. Even after using the same email and phone number for over 24 hours, my account was deleted, and now they claim they can't verify it. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and demand my money back today. If this isn't resolved, I will take further action. I need my money immediately and won't tolerate these delays. I urge the company to address this as my patience is running out.

I have three disputes I've been trying to resolve since September [redacted]. I've reached out to Cash App through their app and my Gmail, but they keep making excuses and closing my cases. The first dispute is with Crworkoutnutradietheal for $94.95 on 9/20/[redacted], and the second one for the same amount on 10/19/[redacted]. I never authorized these transactions. The third dispute is with Be Typical for $82.36 on 8/28/[redacted]. I never received the product and couldn't contact the company, so I disputed it with Cash App. They haven't helped me get my money back, which totals $[redacted].26. I recently cashed out $[redacted], but Cash App only deposited $[redacted] into my account claiming the rest was sent to an unlinked account, which I did not authorize. This has happened five times now, and their customer support has not been helpful. I did not have any linked accounts when I made the cash out, and when I tried reaching out for help, no one was available to assist me. I am frustrated about the missing $68 and the lack of support. Despite looking into it, Cash App said they couldn't do more, leaving me feeling defrauded. Recently, all three stimulus payments went into my Cash App account, which later got stolen along with my purse containing login details for my email. Sadly, my phone was also taken, so I'm unable to log in from a known device. Despite reaching out to various Cash Support representatives, no resolution has been found. They mentioned merging my old and new accounts isn't advisable "for my own protection." I fail to see how withholding my funds is in my best interest. I have the account and routing numbers where the stimulus funds were transferred and urgently require assistance. Currently experiencing homelessness with children, any help is appreciated. I made a $20 transaction to my sister that successfully went through. I intended to send her the remaining money needed, but subsequent transactions were cancelled. Cash App informed me that my money was refunded back to my card, although my card company hasn't received any information regarding this. Five pending transactions are affecting the available credit on my card account. I am looking for assistance in resolving this issue.

My phone was stolen, and someone changed all my pin numbers, gaining access to my bank account. They transferred $[redacted] from my bank to Cash App, sending it to a person named Richard Fowler. I submitted a case with Cash App, but they did not find any mistake and suggested I contact Richard Fowler. I don't know this person, and my phone was stolen, prompting me to report the theft and fraud across all my accounts. I want my $[redacted] back. I am frustrated and seeking help to resolve this issue. I already changed my Cash App pin and phone number associated with my account. After reviewing, I noticed a $30 payment to $kingdom909 was initially authorized on 12/27/21 at 7:37 pm from the bank account ending in [redacted] but was voided and declined on 12/29/21 at 2:34 am EST. The reason for the decline was not provided to us. When the bank requested the funds back, your Cash App balance was insufficient to cover the payment, resulting in a negative balance. You may need to contact your bank directly to understand the reason for the decline and work with them to resolve the issue. I received this information from their customer support, but there seems to be a discrepancy as your bank mentioned they did not request the funds back.
