Request for refund of $*** fees for expired SW Travel Vouchers. *My RR * is ******** - A-List Preferred, Companion Pass for ** years straight, SW Visa card and fly almost exclusively with SW and own SWA stock. My last flight was the *nd week of March, **** due to COVID-** but I continued to make multiple reservations in hope of reopening. Some of those reservations that I cancelled were not eligible for SW special Covid expiry extension and I was charged $*** or $*** for fee for extension. My past is clear, I was cancelling due to COVID. **All my cancelled reservations were during Covid and as a avid SW flyer, I respectfully request SW Travel voucher funds of $***-$*** be refunded as SW Vouchers. SW extended Travel Vouchers but several of my reservations due to COVID did not meet the SW criteria but clearly I was cancelling due to delay in reopening or spites of infections that I did not feel comfortable flying

I have been a RR members for decades, earned Companion Pass of ** years straight, A-List Preferred Member, holder of SW VISA card for ** years, fly virtually exclusively on SWA in US and Latin America. I even own SWA stock. Even though I live in The Woodlands ** miles north of Hobby I still fly SW instead of United. Thank you for adding Bush-IAH and Bozeman, MT to your destinations.
I called SW representatives before the expired and they assured me it wasn't a problem to get a * month extension. I misunderstood the $*** fee per confirmation number-I thought it was if you didn't use it in the extra * months.
