I purchased tickets on July 25th for the British band, Suede, performing in Annapolis, MD on Sat, July 30th. However, I received tickets for a different band also named Suede, a blues/folk band, not the one I intended to see. Despite contacting customer service through email and chat, I have not received a response or a resolution to my issue. I would like a refund for the tickets I mistakenly purchased. My frustration stems from the error on your site, leading me to buy tickets for the wrong band. Please refund the amount to my account at your earliest convenience. Sender: Sharon S. I purchased tickets for Mayday's concert in New York on November 19th yesterday. During the on-sale, I refreshed the web page for almost an hour as the prices kept rising. Eventually, I managed to buy 2 tickets for almost triple the original price. However, just two hours later, I saw tickets for the same area at less than half the price of what I paid. The prices have continued to drop today, feeling like a scam for those who bought early at inflated prices. I am requesting an explanation from your team as this means I can't resell my high-priced tickets and could lose over $1,[redacted]. I am looking to get a refund for the two tickets purchased.

On November 20, [redacted], I bought 2 tickets for Hamilton at the Fisher Theater in Detroit for a show on April 9, [redacted]. The total cost was [redacted].66. Unfortunately, the show was canceled due to Covid. I received an email on March 19, [redacted], saying the event was postponed, but since then, I haven't heard anything further. I've tried contacting them by email, but haven't been able to get in touch with anyone or find a solution. I received a confirmation email, followed by a message directing me to check the FAQ section on the website for answers. I'm requesting a refund as I'd like to use the funds to purchase new tickets for my mom with the upcoming Hamilton show at the Fisher Theater.

The seller canceled my tickets, and SeatGeek promised a [redacted]% refund, which I have not received after more than 6 days. I used Affirm for payment, but SeatGeek has not informed Affirm about the cancellation, leading Affirm to believe I owe the money. I have spoken to several people at SeatGeek without finding a solution. I have screenshots of conversations confirming the cancellation and promising a refund, but nothing has been sent to Affirm.

I purchased concert tickets for my daughter, but she returned them shortly after without checking the refund policy. Despite her saying that she refunded them, there has been no confirmation email or notification from my bank or Seat Geek regarding the refund. I am unsure how to proceed in order to get my money back. Would it be possible to contact my bank and dispute the charges for the refunded tickets? Thank you.

My daughter purchased concert tickets but quickly returned them, assuming a refund. However, we haven't received any confirmation regarding the refund. We are unsure if the charges were processed. How can I recover the funds or dispute the refunded ticket charges? Thank you.

I've purchased tickets for upcoming Brewers and Twins games through the MLB Ballpark App on my smartphone. I've successfully used the app for Cardinal games at Busch Stadium and Cubs games at Wrigley Field. Seat Geek has confirmed that my tickets have been transferred, but when I checked the app, I only see the Cubs tickets. I'm confused by the instructions provided as they refer to steps I don't recognize. I haven't received any urgent emails and now I'm unsure of what to do next. Before requesting a refund, I'd appreciate assistance in locating my tickets. My email for all communications is [redacted] Thank you, Allan Barnes.

I have spent hours trying to solve the issue but have not received any helpful responses from Seat Geek regarding my Brewers and Twins baseball game tickets. Despite checking my email and having the BallPark app already installed, I am unable to locate the tickets the Twins claim to have released. Time is of the essence, and I am in need of urgent advice on how to proceed. Allan Barnes

I bought tickets for the Chris Stapleton concert at Hershey Stadium on August 27, [redacted]. Along with that, I purchased a VIP PARKING PASS. The concert tickets cost $[redacted].00 and were paid for with Affirm. The VIP Parking Pass was paid for separately. Upon arrival at the venue, there were no signs to guide us, and the staff from Hershey Entertainment did not offer assistance with directions. Furthermore, our VIP parking spot was given away before we got there. We encountered issues getting into the concert as the staff doubted the validity of our tickets for the "Single Barrel Experience" and even questioned if our tickets were real. We had a terrible experience, lost our paid parking spot, and missed half of the concert due to ticket validity concerns. I am extremely upset after spending over $[redacted] on this event and feeling mistreated. I am seeking an immediate refund.

I received a follow-up email after purchasing tickets, informing me that I need to go through a ticket retrieval process due to a procedural restriction set by the Houston Astros and/or Minute Maid Park management. I intended to pick up the tickets at Will Call on game day, but now I am locked out of my Yahoo email account. Yahoo is investigating the issue, leaving me unable to provide a purchase number or receipt. The charge was debited to my credit card, and Seat Geek verified it via email. Details I can provide include: Purchaser - Randy L. Everson, # Tickets - 8, Game Date - Sat, 01 Oct, Name/CCd - Randolph L. Everson/VISA ending in -[redacted]. I provided my email address, hoping for a quick resolution. I also shared my brother's contact info for assistance. His details are: Ben Everson, [redacted], [redacted] My Yahoo account issue is causing unexpected frustration, especially with the upcoming trip to Houston for the game on 01 Oct. Thank you, R. Everson.

I purchased tickets for The Book of Mormon and Funny Girl through SeatGeek online. I got confirmation emails for both shows. However, I'm facing issues with downloading the tickets as my password is not working and the "Password Reset" page is not loading properly. It's frustrating not being able to access the tickets. I really don't want to dispute the charges with my credit card company, so I hope to resolve this and download the tickets to my phone soon.

I purchased concert tickets back on August 31st for the show happening today on October 12th. SeatGeek confirmed the order, but I never received any tickets, updates, or notifications. Despite contacting six customer service representatives at SeatGeek, none of them could find my tickets or assist me with a solution. I simply want my $[redacted] refunded to me after this frustrating experience. I have been buying concert tickets for a long time, and I have never encountered such a nightmare scenario. SeatGeek's customer service is inadequate in resolving issues, as they no longer provide a phone number for support, and other support channels they suggest are unhelpful. I initially wanted to surprise my wife with these tickets, but that won't be possible now. All I request is a full refund, and I will avoid this situation in the future.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding a transaction I made on October 17 for five tickets to the Kansas City Chiefs vs the Jacksonville Jaguars, totaling $[redacted].10. The order number is 6p2-7mz7nyj. Initially, I was under the impression that I could receive a full refund by November 12. Due to changes in plans with family members, I returned the tickets and bought three new ones. Unfortunately, instead of a full refund, I was given a promo code for the return that was only usable once, resulting in a loss of $[redacted].24. Had I known the refund would be in the form of a one-time use promo code, I would have handled the situation differently. I would appreciate your assistance with resolving this matter.

I purchased tickets for Elton John for the concert on 11/12/22, but the confirmation I received was for 11/11/22 instead. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I were out of town on the 11th and couldn't attend. I realized the mistake only when I tried to use the tickets on 11/12 and found out they were for the wrong date. As the tickets were never used or claimed, I'm hoping to either get a refund ($[redacted]) or transfer them towards the Zack Brown Band concert on 11/19/22. I'm a frequent user of Seetgeek and would appreciate your assistance with this matter. Thank you for your help.

We purchased 3 tickets for the Tennessee vs South Carolina football game on Nov 19, [redacted]. Our order number is #6P2-284GKN4. After receiving an email that the tickets would now be handled by Ticketmaster, we accepted and transferred them to our phone wallet. We tried to transfer a ticket to our son's phone wallet but couldn't. Ticketmaster suggested removing the ticket from the wallet to return it to the Ticketmaster account, but it didn't work. Despite contacting Ticketmaster, they directed us back to SeatGeek. Now, one ticket is inaccessible as it's neither in our SeatGeek nor Ticketmaster account. We request guidance on how to resolve this issue or a ticket resend. Thank you.

My attempt to purchase Monster Jam tickets led me to the payment screen. However, I encountered an issue when trying to add parking, and I assumed the transaction hadn't gone through. Returning to the website, I successfully purchased tickets for a total cost of $[redacted].90 and parking for $30.00. Upon checking my bank statement, I noticed I was charged twice, but for different amounts. I would appreciate a refund of $[redacted].95, which corresponds to the initial transaction that seemingly failed, as no tickets were issued for this charge. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. - G.K.

Hello, I returned tickets to the Lakers vs. 76ers game due to my mother's surgery. I requested a refund and received a promo code for my order 6P2-Q75NZYJ for $[redacted]. Her surgery was rescheduled, and I can now attend the game. I repurchased the tickets using the provided promo code for my new order 6P2-ZZLYYD9. I can't seem to locate the promo code anymore, although I still have a balance of $93 left on it. Can you please provide me with the code so I can utilize the remaining balance?

My wife bought two tickets for the Gunter vs. Holiday game on 12/2/22. After seeing the tickets on the screen, they disappeared before we could print them. We were instructed to change our SeatGeek password, but despite our efforts, we have been unable to do so. Although we have been charged for the tickets, we have not received them. Is there a way to update the tickets on our phone so we can show them to the gate attendant? This game is important to us as it is our grandson's senior year, and we don't want to miss it. Our email is [redacted], and you can reach us at [redacted] (wife) or [redacted] (mine). Your assistance is greatly appreciated. -Ron & Rebecca B. from Pottsboro, TX

I recently bought two tickets through SeatGeek for a Pink concert on 7/31/23. However, I realized after the purchase that they had emailed me a 10% off coupon while I was browsing for tickets. I am disappointed as they are now claiming it's too late to apply the coupon even though it was sent before my purchase.
