I have not received my tickets yet, the concert is tomorrow night at *pm, *P*-**ZEJN* is the confirmed number, I payed ***.**, I mean what is the issue, the concert got canceled a year ago due to the pandemic, so it's been a long time, I expect a full refund if I don't receive them by tonight, this is ridiculous.
GetHuman-tobbiefl did not yet indicate what SeatGeek should do to make this right.
