I arrived in LAX later than anticipated. When I went to the area to wait for the vehicle, the rental car agency shuttle never showed up. I waited ** minutes before I called their general line and was told to wait as it can be a little bit longer for them to come around. I waited another ** minutes, making me late to an event that I was in charge of. I was unable to secure a ride to Fox rental car and had to make a last minute reservation with another car company. I am hoping that I can be refunded my balance as the company was not functioning adequately. I was put in a position where I felt unsafe waiting late at night. Please let me know how I can help remedy this situation as I believe that Fox Rental Car did not provide me with safe service or the ability to actually pick up my car.
