I recently returned from South Africa but faced an issue with the airport authorities preventing me from entering. I was traveling with Qatar Airways without return tickets. The authorities insisted on using Qatar Airways for my return journey, withholding my passport until the ticket was purchased. I complied and paid Rs.[redacted]/- as an EMD #[redacted][redacted] on 30.07.[redacted], requesting a waiver for the remaining amount. Later, I was asked to bring Rs.[redacted] more to retrieve my passport at the Qatar Airways office in Sialkot. Despite attempting to negotiate, the staff behaved unprofessionally, demanding an increased total of Rs.[redacted]. After multiple visits, the situation remains unresolved. We seek assistance with retrieving the passport, as the staff, particularly Khawar, have been disrespectful and uncooperative during our visits. Previous complaints have yielded no response. Your help to resolve this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I have just drafted an email detailing the situation I was planning to send. Due to a 24-hour delay on my flight from Jakarta to Paris on August 11th, my entire journey with my dog was disrupted. Hello, I am seeking help regarding my experience with Qatar Airways flight QR841 on July 9th, which was delayed. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication about the delay and the reason provided for my insurance claim. Despite my attempts to contact Qatar Airways and waiting over a month, I have yet to receive a response for my insurance claim. The airline, claiming to be the best, only offered me a €6 food voucher for a 23-hour delay. Not only did the delay affect my subsequent flight, resulting in the loss of my ticket money and the need to purchase a new ticket, but I am also disappointed by the lack of satisfactory compensation or communication. I am still waiting for a written explanation for the delay to proceed with my insurance claim. My flight from Dhaka, Bangladesh to Cairo, Egypt on the 14th of May [redacted] was complex due to a delay with the airline. During transit in Doha, Qatar, I was put on another flight to Cairo without my luggage. Upon arrival at Cairo airport, I had to reach out to the Cairo Aviation Authority for assistance. Unfortunately, my ship to Sokhna port, where I needed to join the vessel EA Blue Nile, had already departed for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia when my luggage finally arrived in Cairo. Despite requesting Qatar Airways to send my luggage to Jeddah, they only managed to do so after my vessel had left for Port Sudan on the 25th of May. The local agent in Jeddah tried to locate my luggage without success, which has left me frustrated as I am still onboard without any means of communication like WhatsApp. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining the correct WhatsApp contact to facilitate the return of my missing luggage.

On August 26, [redacted], I booked a one-way ticket from Sharjah to Bangkok with a layover in Doha for my vacation. However, upon arrival at Bangkok airport, I discovered that my bag containing all my essentials was missing. Despite inquiring with the airport staff, they could not provide me with any information on its whereabouts. Without my belongings, including clothes, personal items, medication for panic attacks, and more, I had to cancel my vacation and book a return ticket to Sharjah for August 31, [redacted]. Although my bag was located and returned on August 30, [redacted], it was too late to salvage my trip, and I was left in a distressed state. The entire experience caused significant distress and inconvenience. As a result, I had to endure the inconvenience of starting my vacation without my belongings, including clothes, toiletries, medications, and personal items due to my panic attacks, which require timely medication. This unfortunate situation led me to cut my vacation short and book an earlier return flight to Sharjah on 08/31/[redacted], as I couldn't enjoy my stay without my belongings. Hello, I experienced a delay on my flight QR [redacted] from Doha to DFW on Sept 4, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Des Moines. I flew from Lahore to Doha to Budapest on September 3, [redacted], with Qatar Airways. Unfortunately, I missed my connecting flight in Doha to Budapest, and my luggage was left behind. I was able to reach Budapest on a different flight with Turkish Airlines, but my luggage weighs 30 kg, exceeding Turkish Airlines' 25 kg limit. Qatar Airways assured me at the airport in Doha that they would transport my luggage to Budapest by September 5th and tagged my bags to my boarding pass. Despite multiple visits to Budapest Airport and numerous emails, my luggage has not arrived yet. I am concerned and eager to resolve this issue promptly. I have reached out via hotline and email but have not received a response. The €[redacted] voucher should still be valid under German law, especially since flights to Bali are still running. I want to express my appreciation to Qatar Airways for their exceptional service. They are, in my opinion, the best airline. While I usually do not like to complain, providing feedback can be helpful for future improvements. Here is what happened: I flew from Bangkok to the United States on October 17, [redacted], but unfortunately, my luggage did not make it with me. My bags contained important medication and all my clothes. Living four hours away from the airport made this situation more challenging. The Qatar Airways representative could not give me a definite answer on when my bags would be delivered, leading me to buy new clothes and spend time and money traveling back and forth to the airport. Booking Reference: MUDER6 James A Donnelly I need to change my flight QR 20 and QR [redacted] on October 30 to late November due to my inability to make the original flight. The customer service team offered me a flight to Brisbane with a 19-hour layover in Doha, but there are no available hotels. As a 78-year-old, I am uncomfortable with such a long layover. I requested a flight via Doha and Perth with more reasonable layovers, but they couldn't provide a price or make the change. I purchased 3 tickets with seat assignments from Doha to Abu Dhabi for May 21, [redacted]. We later changed our return flight to June 8, [redacted], and now the seats are missing on the updated e-tickets with the same reservation number.
