I cannot obtain a reply to several emails sent to the head office and also to Privilege Club of Qatar Airways concerning a refund due to me for a business class flight from Cape Town to Miami that Qatar Airways cancelled because of Covid.**I want to not only receive attention for the refund but also to lodge a complaint concerning the repeated failure to attend to emails. Is there an email address for such a complaint ?
