Hello, I am reaching out regarding my wife, Ewa Paderewska-Krystek, who has been struggling to obtain a bill/invoice from your hotel for our recent stay booked through Priceline. Despite numerous attempts, we have not received the necessary documentation, crucial for our accounting purposes in Poland. We are perplexed by the lack of response to our clear requests. We stayed at the Bee Man hotel from 09/28/[redacted] to 01/10/[redacted], with payment processed under my name, Artur Krystek, but the invoice should be addressed to Ewa Paderewska-Krystek or her company, "Paderewska & Co." Each communication received seems automated with attached links. We kindly request a personalized response from a staff member who can promptly generate and send the required invoice via email. I was charged $[redacted] yesterday for a canceled trip with no penalties. I was promised a refund by the property owner, but I haven't received anything yet. It feels like there might be some deceit happening between Booking.com, Priceline.com, and the property owners. I was at the property, which seems to be condemned or about to be, with signs in the window confirming this. There are multiple locations with the same address, causing confusion. I will be leaving reviews warning others not to rent here due to what seems like a scam.

I recently made a booking through Priceline for a flight and car rental. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. While I was able to receive a full refund for my flight, I was disappointed to learn that I could not get a refund for the car rental due to booking it at a discounted rate. The policy seems unreasonable as I never used or picked up the car. This experience has left me frustrated, and I feel that the policy is unfair. I am disappointed that Priceline will not issue a refund for the car rental, and as a result, I have decided not to use their services in the future. Regards, Patrice Cox

On October 4, [redacted], I made a reservation through Hopper at the Best Western in Glen Rose, Texas. Although I've never encountered any issues booking through Hopper in the past, this time there seems to be a discrepancy. Hopper charged $97.55 on October 5th for my stay, while Priceline also charged $[redacted].97 on the same day for the same booking. Upon contacting the hotel, they confirmed that no room on the night of my stay justified a $[redacted].97 charge, as the most expensive room available that night was $82.00 plus tax with no service fee through Hopper. Despite my attempts to resolve the overcharge with Priceline, they seem to be confused as I did not use their platform for this reservation. I suspect an unauthorized charge possibly made by someone at Priceline. I did not book through Priceline for this stay and I request a refund of the extra charge to my Chase account. I have reached out to Priceline and am anticipating a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you. I stayed for one night at a Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln, NE on 9/13/22. I made the reservation online through Priceline for $[redacted].98. The next day, I noticed that Holiday Inn Express also charged me $[redacted].99 for the same room and night. They indicated they didn't receive any payment from Priceline and advised me to have Priceline send a virtual card or arrange a refund. Priceline mentioned they would investigate and respond within 5 business days, which was on 9/21/22.

I accidentally booked a car through Priceline. I contacted them within 4 minutes to cancel as it was a clear mistake. Despite the booking being non-refundable, I explained the situation to Mechelle and her supervisor, Maxine (employee #[redacted]), but did not receive any assistance. I have a chat transcript showing I reached out immediately after receiving the confirmation email. This was truly unintentional. Please help. I made a reservation with Priceline on Oct. 4, [redacted], Ref# FSON318594, and paid using my Visa card. Priceline forwarded the reservation to United Airlines, who asked for payment within 24 hours. Although UA confirmed receiving the reservation on Oct. 4, they canceled it on Oct. 5, claiming no payment was made. Priceline informed me of the cancellation on Nov. 1, stating my Visa account would be refunded in 6 to 8 weeks without an explanation. Today I spoke with several Priceline agents, but each time I explained my situation, they placed me on hold and never came back. I am seeking clarification from Priceline regarding this issue.

I made a reservation at the Red Roof Inn in Moraine, Ohio for the 6th to the 7th. However, upon arrival, they mistakenly didn't allow me to stay. Initially, when I tried to pay the day before, they mentioned it was already paid due to some points system. But now, they are claiming my reservation got mixed up with someone else's, and my payment for today was used for the previous day. This error has left me without a room I had paid for, complicating my five-night stay. This situation, although not your fault, is quite frustrating. I'm hoping for a prompt resolution as this has disrupted my travel plans.

I made a reservation for a 2-night stay on November 25–27 at Springhill Suites in New Orleans through Priceline, paying $[redacted] on November 11. On November 18, I tried to add my grandson to the booking, but the Springhill Suites agent accidentally canceled it. Despite my immediate attempts to reclaim the booking, Springhill Suites stated they couldn't assist further. I have been unsuccessful in communicating with Priceline to either reinstate the booking or utilize the payment for alternative accommodation. My hours-long chat session resulted in no progress, and multiple phone calls have also been fruitless. While I understand Priceline is not at fault, I would appreciate it if they could use the payment for another lodging option as holding onto our money without providing the service seems unreasonable. Booking Number: [redacted]18 I stayed at the Rio with my boyfriend on Monday the 14th. We arrived late at 1 am and were surprised to find out the hotel doesn't have smoking rooms, despite our booking indicating otherwise. After a frustrating hour of calls with non-hotel staff, we returned to the room only to find there was no water. We had to wait until 5 am for the water to be restored. Despite being assured our complaints would be addressed, we have yet to hear anything. The room was practically unusable, leaving us with no option but to use the bed for a few hours until checkout. It's disappointing that we paid $[redacted] for such a poor experience and received no assistance from either Priceline or the hotel. I am eager to speak with someone promptly.

Recently, we had to renew our daughter's visa, which led to complications during an appointment at the American consulate in France. Despite providing valid visas until October [redacted], the Consular Agent rejected Esther's visa application and unexpectedly canceled our 10-year visas. After discussing the issue with a Priceline representative, I was rebooked on the following flights: - 24/1/23 Lufthansa Flight [redacted] Departing from CDG at 6:50 PM Arriving in Frankfurt at 8:00 PM Lufthansa Flight [redacted] Departing from Frankfurt at 9:55 PM Arriving in Singapore at 5:00 PM Recently, I received a message about the cancellation of my rebooked flight. When I contacted Priceline's representative Bea at [redacted], I was informed that the flights ([redacted] & [redacted]) were not correctly processed, and my itinerary still showed the Zurich flights. Unfortunately, we got disconnected during the rebooking process. Due to my location in Australia, I couldn't reach her back on the same number. Despite speaking with two other Priceline representatives, I was not able to get much help and got disconnected again. I requested the last representative to call me back in case of another disconnection, but that did not happen. This has been quite frustrating. I made a reservation on what I thought was the hotel's website for 2 rooms for 2 nights at $[redacted] each. When I asked for the receipt, it showed an additional $[redacted] charge, labeled as non-refundable and prepaid, for a total of $1,[redacted]. I was upset as this extra charge was not disclosed upfront. They declined canceling my Jan. 27th, [redacted] reservation. I will not make this mistake again; it was not transparent that it was through Priceline! This situation feels dishonest and unfair.

I made a reservation at YO Ranch in Kerrville, Texas with Reservation# R[redacted]83. I believed I was booking directly with the hotel, but after requesting confirmation emails three times, I received a breakdown of costs. The rooms were $[redacted].68, and there was an additional $[redacted] for "tax recovery and service fee" - a surprise as I realized I had booked through a third party, Priceline. Upon trying to cancel due to this misunderstanding, Priceline stated it was non-refundable. I contacted the hotel directly to cancel, only to find out they were never informed by Priceline. I made a reservation at Baymont Hotel in Jackson, Tennessee on August 28, [redacted]. Upon arrival, I intended to pay with cash, but they only accepted card payments. They refused to check me in since I didn't have a card. I didn't cancel the reservation but was unable to keep it due to their policy. I made a hotel reservation on 7-24-22 with a free cancellation option. I decided to cancel shortly after booking due to safety concerns at the location. Despite contacting customer service three times about receiving a refund as promised, I have not seen it reflected on my credit card statement. I am currently working out of town and in a tight financial situation, so I would appreciate it if you could process the refund promptly. A guest named Kevin Roller arrived on December 4 with booking reservation #[redacted]18, originally for December 3. Due to internet issues, the booking could not be confirmed on arrival, but he was still accommodated and upgraded from Casitas to a Villa at no extra cost in order to ensure his satisfaction. Upon contacting Agoda later, it was discovered that the booking had actually been cancelled on December 1. Although the guest is currently staying with us, payment for the room has not been made. Assistance is needed to contact him regarding this matter, as Finance may charge the booking to the reception if unresolved. Thank you for any help that can be provided.
