A guest arrived last December * with a booking reservation ********** under the name of Kevin Roller. When he arrived his booking was for Dec * but he said he wasn't able to get to the last ferry. We were having issues with our internet so we weren't able to confirm his booking. Still we accommodate him and upgraded his room from Casitas to a Villa without extra charge. We wanted our guests happy. But to our surprise when we called Agoda to check his booking we were informed that his booking has been cancelled last December *. So now he is staying with us but he has not paid his room. Is there anyone who can call him and inform him about this issue? We need help, otherwise Finance will charge this booking to us at the reception.
