I cancelled reservation for hotel in May, and Priceline service team answered that I can get a refund for one night. However, I did not get a refund yet. I asked about this situation by phone calling, and they answered I can't get a refund because It's been a long time since the reservation date (**-** in May). How can I resolve this issue?**Here is the email from Priceline service team that I exchanged in June.*I answered for this email that I approve to proceed the cancellation. ***"Dear Kyoung,**Thank you very much for reaching out to us through email.**Our record shows that we have contacted the hotel and they gave us only an approval to refund the last night of your stay. Please be advised that we are not able to refund your reservation for both nights. You will still get charge for the first night. Please reach out to us or contact us back with your approval to proceed with the cancellation so we can refund you for the last night of your stay.**We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.**Sincerely,**Ethan E.*Travel Services"
