I received an email today from PayPal mentioning suspicious activity on my account. I haven't used PayPal recently due to repeated credit card hacks. I received a notification of a temporary restriction on my account, limiting my ability to send payments and withdraw funds. The email instructs me to log in to my PayPal account to address the issue but the link provided led to an unrelated YouTube page. I have not made any transactions with PayPal recently and find this concerning, as it may indicate someone is attempting to hack into my account again.

I recently placed an online order with a company claiming to be affiliated with New Balance shoes. After investigating, I discovered they have no connection to New Balance. The confirmation email I received came from "[redacted]" Pay Pal suggested I open an account and change my credit card payment method. I emailed both zacoos and Pay Pal asking to cancel my order. While zacoos has not responded, Pay Pal directed me to log in and access "Help & Contact." As zacoos seems linked to Pay Pal, I need help canceling the order. The shoe size was provided, but the width wasn't specified. The item numbers did not correlate to shoe widths, making returns challenging. I want to ensure this order is cancelled. I have also initiated an investigation through my card issuer. Thank you for your help with this matter.

I am struggling to log in because I cannot recall the phone number associated with my old German PayPal account. A representative advised me to close the German account in order to link my current phone number, as one email can only be connected to a single phone number. Attempting to contact the German numbers failed, with one out of service and the other constantly busy due to the time zone difference. While I managed to recover my forgotten password, the login process required verification through a code sent to the outdated phone. This dilemma has led me in circles. Despite numerous attempts, my calls to customer support were disconnected twice after extensive waits. During the first call, I did not reach anyone, and the second call ended abruptly after explaining my issue as the representative said they would check and then the call dropped.

I am currently dealing with a situation regarding my new business account which PayPal has limited and requested resolution for. They need to provide clearer details on what is required for me to resolve the issue, as it is impacting my ability to properly operate my brand new business. I am unable to receive payments and issue refunds. At this point, I am considering closing all my business and personal accounts with PayPal and will not be using their services again. Initially, I was excited to work with PayPal to grow my business, but now I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. It feels like a bad breakup where PayPal started off promising but ended up causing frustration and inconvenience.

Last Saturday, my phone and two SIM cards were stolen. Now, when trying to log into my PayPal account on a new phone, I'm prompted to enter a passcode sent to my old SIM card, which I no longer possess. The SIM card has been deactivated due to inactivity for over three months. I have over [redacted] euros in my PayPal account that I urgently need access to.

I attempted to purchase a carport for $[redacted], but when I proceeded to payment, I was redirected to a different page where I was charged $99 instead. I am unsure of the identity or nature of this charge, but I am unwilling to proceed with payment. It seems like I have been deceived, and the payment was made through PayPal. Thus, I am requesting a refund of the $99 and seeking further information to track down the individuals responsible for this erroneous transaction on your platform.

I received an email informing me that my case regarding an unauthorized transaction was closed by PayPal Purchase Protection. The email mentioned that based on the account activity observed, the transaction did not qualify for coverage. However, I want to highlight that I was not aware of the payment made to Ethiopian Airlines for a return flight from Manila to Los Angeles. It came to my attention only when I noticed a decrease in my account balance after making a withdrawal at a Desjardins ATM. I strongly believe this transaction was unauthorized as I had no knowledge or notification of such a payment being processed. I find PayPal's handling of this situation lacking in protection and control. I request a thorough review of my case by a more attentive and competent representative at PayPal Claims.

I recently received an email stating that my claim had been closed and that the transaction I reported as unauthorized was not covered by PayPal Purchase Protection. The email mentioned that there had been consistent activity in my account, including logging in and out after the transaction, which was seen as suspicious. It also alleged that I did not report the unauthorized transaction until after my return flight was completed. However, I want to emphasize that I was not aware of the payment made to Ethiopian Airlines, as the funds were automatically transferred from my PayPal account to my Desjardins savings account without notification. This lack of communication and the unauthorized deduction has left me shocked and disappointed in PayPal's handling of the situation. I believe my claim is completely valid, as I was unaware of the transaction and did not authorize the payment. Hello, My account has been restricted for the third time. I followed all the necessary steps the previous two times, and yet after three months, it happened again. There have been no changes in ownership, activities, or customers on our end. I am quite disappointed and confused. It would be helpful if you could clearly explain what you require. Should I consider closing my personal and business PayPal accounts to find another service provider? I don't understand why this continues to happen. I did not receive package with tracking number 1ZAA[redacted][redacted] as the UPS tracking shows the name and address don't match mine. I am contacting with two concerns. First, I am unable to log into my account due to recurring security issues prompting constant password changes, which has occurred six times consecutively. I seek a resolution for this matter. Second, I wish to address a previous dispute which appears to have been mishandled. It is highly likely that an error occurred, leading to a $97.88 charge that seems fraudulent. I rely on PayPal for additional purchase protection, and I expect thorough investigations regarding disputes. Despite being informed that the product was delivered, I reside in a secluded area and have never encountered theft in 20 years. It is evident that the item was not received.

On August 17, we placed an order for a pressure washer priced at $79.00. Following the order, we received a confirmation email. The purchase was made through a seller we found on Facebook Marketplace. They instructed us to complete the transaction via PayPal, which we did using a credit card. The payment processed successfully on August 19. The confirmation email mentioned a contact email as [redacted] The PayPal transaction displayed the name Omar Yus. The provided contact number, [redacted], led me to PayPal customer service, which suggested contacting them through chat for assistance. I bought 16 Lithium Batteries from PP Seller Michael Caro using PayPal goods and services. The seller wants me to return the batteries for a refund, but I only received 12 out of the 16 batteries. The batteries I got were leaking and damaged, likely due to poor packing that did not comply with shipping regulations for hazardous materials. UPS states it's illegal for me to ship them back without proper precautions and markings. The seller did not provide instructions on how to handle the return. I need guidance on how to proceed with returning the batteries correctly as per shipping regulations. Your help is appreciated.

I inquired about PayPal payment plans but decided against it due to time constraints and credit concerns. I made a $[redacted] payment to Pam's Paparazzi Jewelry instead of using PayPal's plan. Pam's Paparazzi Jewelry mentioned they were not aware of PayPal offering payment plans. I have filed a dispute with my bank. I hope PayPal can resolve this matter; otherwise, I may switch to Zelle. Pam's Paparazzi Jewelry has not seen the payment on their end. I am requesting PayPal to address this issue. I have not encountered this problem before and hope it will be resolved promptly.

I urgently need to speak with a representative! I continue to receive emails from PayPal stating issues with my account. This is the second occurrence. It's not a phishing attempt. This is from you! I set up my PayPal account a while back without verifying it, which has prevented me from using it effectively. Currently, I am unable to access my account as I lost the sim card linked to it. Although I managed to reset my password, I cannot log in as I can't receive the verification code on my old number. Any assistance in updating my phone number to regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated.

Shortly after obtaining it, the PC began running into numerous errors and operating very slowly, despite having only a few basic programs installed and no personal files. I accidentally sent $1,[redacted] to the wrong account at Walmart in West Union, Ohio on September 13th. I have been trying to resolve this issue to get my money back. When I visited the store, an employee mentioned they don't use PayPal, which I know they do. Despite my attempts to clarify, the money was mistakenly sent to a different account. I placed an order for a 3-piece Bistro set on June 27, [redacted], and my credit card was charged $89.99 on the same day. However, I have not received the merchandise yet and all my attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful. I am seeking a refund as soon as possible.
