I attempted to login to my account (*****@***.com) and the secondary verification code page shows the incorrect number for me. It shows ***-***-****. My number is (and always has been) ***-***-****.**I have not received any e-mails back from the one I sent on August *.**I opened another account under *****@***.com. It will not accept my credit card and the bank advised the problem is on the merchant side, there is nothing wrong with the card or my credit. Additionally, when I try to open a profile a page pops up and says PROFILE NOT AVAILABLE, this happens on all selections. **I have not received any e-mails back from the one I sent on August *.**I've called the CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER *-******-**** and the recording says "NO AGENTS AVAILABLE, CALL BACK LATER". Same recording after ** calls.
GetHuman-mthcola did not yet indicate what Ourtime.com should do to make this right.
