Hello,** **I am writing regarding the accident number *-**********.** ** **On the **.**.**** I got a contract at the Orange store in Cartama for *G en casa.** **As it happened that I could not get good connection of the internet needed for my work so I called few times to the store and to the services of orange to check the connection , but unfortunately did not get the connection for correct speed.** **I went to the store to cancel the contract as bad services and have been told to cancel the contract online and over the phone.** **So I did on the **.**.****. During them calls on several occasions I have asked is there is any penalty and been told as I am cancelling the contact within ** days and bad services complaints will be no charges and I need to return router to the store. (You have recordings)** **I went to Carma store and have been told that they can not take my router as I need to get a text message.** **For several days I was waiting for that text and never receive it.** **So I decided to return it to another store in Benalmadena where I have relocated.** **Orange store in Benalmadena this time took the router and gave me a receipt confirming collection ( PLEASE FIND ATTACHED to this email).They also confirmed that account is fully closed now and will not be any charges.** **But surprisely on the ** of June my account was charged of ** EUR.** **I phoned customer services for clarification and open the claim for refund. And have been told it will be return within ** days back to my account.** **After ** days I did not get any refund so I phoned to customer services and been told that I need to go back to the store as Orange do not have a proof that I return the equipment.** **On the ** of July I went to the store and been told that they can not do it as I ned to go back to the store I originally had a contract in Cartama.** **At the same day I drove to Cartama and been told that they can not do it either and I need to phone customer services.** **So I did it phone it from the store and lady ( Ana) said she does not understand me at all and she needs to talk to her manager and she will phone me next day.** **All day of the ** of July I was wating for a call but nothing happened.** **On the **.**.**** I phoned again to customer service and been told to write an email.** **Please find all documents attached and processing with the refund.** **And I hope very much that you will not ask me to drive to Madrid to the main office.** **Looking forward to hear you soon.** **Irina Burke
