Despite verifying my phone number and email, submitting my passport for ID verification was deemed unacceptable, thus hindering my ability to sell and others to buy from me. I urge you to reconsider these restrictions as not everyone has a U.S. passport or driver's license, and it limits the selling potential for many legitimate users. I have been a loyal Letgo and OfferUp customer for four years without any issues. Unexpectedly, my account got deactivated after trying to purchase an iPad and encountering a payment review. Subsequently, I received an email stating that my account was disabled for violating community guidelines. Despite putting my fiancé's credit card details for payment and deposit, which is the only possible error, I can prove the legitimacy of those transactions. Losing all my hard-earned positive reviews and account history is disheartening. It would have been better if I had been informed about any problems beforehand, as I have dedicated four years to building my account and contributing significantly to the platform.

I am writing about transaction #[redacted]30 regarding the Air Bar item. Unfortunately, OfferUp cancelled the item due to a shipping deadline issue, even though I had shipped it promptly. The tracking number is 9[redacted] 7[redacted] 0[redacted] 20 (USPS). The buyer received the item, but I have not received my funds from OfferUp. I have tried multiple times to resolve this for a month now, but have received no response. I have sold many items through OfferUp, and I feel frustrated that they are making a profit while I am not receiving my payment. I can log in to my OfferUp account, but I'm not receiving any messages from buyers, and I'm unable to get messages back from sellers. I then logged into my son's OfferUp account on my device, and now the same has happened to him. I only used OfferUp once back in July or August. I bought an item from a guy and called him, politely asking if I could return it about 15 minutes later. He said no, and that's when the problem began.

I almost fell victim to a scam where I was asked to purchase items through eBay Motors using gift cards from different retailers. The scammers wanted me to send the value of the purchase item to them three times. OfferUp needs to address the issue of scamming on their platform to protect users like me from falling for fraudulent schemes. It's frustrating to see these scams happening, and it's essential for OfferUp to take action to prevent such incidents in the future.

I am frustrated with the lack of response from potential buyers on OfferUp. It's disappointing when people express interest in purchasing an item, but then nothing happens. I recommend that OfferUp implements a feature to show when buyers are not serious to prevent wasted time and frustration. The platform has become increasingly bothersome, and I wonder if OfferUp truly values its users. Should sellers like me start looking for alternative platforms to sell on? It's important for actions to be taken against fraudulent users. In my case, I was selling Xmas stocking hangers, and I eventually had to mark them as sold to address the issue temporarily. Hello, it has been some time since I stopped trying to use your services. The latest incident occurred when I was tricked by an individual who sold me their cellphone. After five days of using it along with all my information and carrier, I was notified that it had been reported lost. I contacted everyone involved, including OfferUp customer service, and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I was the one who suffered the consequences. Since then, I have not been able to use your platform. Although no one has explicitly stated it, based on other similar cases, it seems like I have been banned by OfferUp. I am confused as to why you cannot openly communicate such actions to users. If this is not the case, please clarify why I am unable to access OfferUp.

I shipped a Motorola Mototrbo XPR [redacted] E radio to a customer on OfferUp. The customer initiated a return through the platform, but when I received the package back, it did not contain my radio. Instead, there was a brand new Bluetooth headphone set that I did not send. The customer has since deleted their OfferUp account, complicating the situation. I believe I have been unfairly treated and seek either the return of my radio or compensation for it. I have no use for the Bluetooth item sent to me in error. This issue is very important to me, and I urge for a prompt resolution. Please address this matter urgently to avoid further escalation.

Hello, good afternoon. I am contacting you to inform you that I have your OfferUp application. I found a red [redacted] Toyota Tacoma pickup that I was interested in. I started exchanging emails with the supposed owner who went by the name Angela Booze. When I requested to see the vehicle, she claimed to work a lot for American Airlines and couldn't show it to me in person. She mentioned using eBay Motors Protection through OfferUp. They later sent me an invoice for the vehicle and payment instructions. I followed them, initially sending $[redacted], then an additional $[redacted] for a refundable insurance. They confirmed the payments via email. Today, when I called to inquire about the pickup's delivery tomorrow, they did not answer the phone. Clearly, this is a scam. I need your assistance as I believed your application was secure. I will report these individuals and your company to OfferUp. The number used for these fraudulent activities is 1[redacted].

I bought an item from a seller in Indiana for $70 plus $25 for shipping. The seller keeps requesting additional shipping fees after I paid through Zelle. They provided a different Zelle account for the extra payment. I noticed their profile lists items in various towns across the country. I have not responded to the new shipping request.

I want to reach out to the developer on Google Play. I believe my account was wrongfully deleted. I did not violate any rules. I simply shared a link to a bike being sold for $[redacted] to help someone make a purchase. I need my account reinstated with all my items. Please check your records, as one of my accounts should have been deleted before. I have tried to delete one of my accounts multiple times. I do not think it is fair to delete my account for having two and for helping someone with a link. I need someone to contact me regarding this issue either through my email or my cell phone. I contacted the developer on Google Play. You don't have the right to delete my account; I didn't violate any rules. My Google account should have been deleted a while ago. All I did was send a link about a bike that was being sold for $[redacted] as a tool for leverage in purchasing. You're saying I broke a rule by sending the link, but showing someone where to buy a product isn't against the rules. I need my account reinstated with my items. Please check your records. I've tried to delete one of my accounts many times. Please call me at [redacted] or contact me through [redacted] I'm unsure if the account with my items is this one or my Yahoo account. I've been through this before, and I'm not sure why my account keeps getting deleted. Kindly reinstate it.

The Google account that should have been deleted is the one without my items. All I did was send people a link regarding a bike being sold for $[redacted]. I used this as a tool for buying leverage. You're telling me I violated a rule by showing someone where they can buy a product, which is not a violation. I need my account reinstated with my items. I am seeking to cancel order number [redacted]31 on the OfferUp app. According to the app, if the seller does not ship the item within 3 days, the order should be automatically canceled. The funds were debited from my account on 11/13/21 at 8:00 PM but were refunded on 11/17/21. The seller is uncooperative, insisting I wait until the last moment. The item he sold me as brand new for $[redacted].00 actually costs $[redacted].00 new. Upon seeing a chip and wear marks on the item after the seller accepted my offer, I realized it was not as advertised. I believed the order was canceled as it had not shipped within 3 days. I hope the recent clearing of funds in my account signifies the order's cancellation.
